    provided unbiased information on Life assurance with a comparison chart of the leading insurance companies policy premiums with a personal quotation,initial disclosure document
    and contact details Explained the procedure to take out insurance and expected to take a lot of personal information from me. Explained that he needed this infomation to provide the right product at a price that I could afford however I only wanted a quote.Wanted to take more details about my financial affairs when I only required Life Assurance.

    Direct Line Mortgages are constantly making mistakes. We have received several letters from Direct line telling us we are in arrears when we are not! When we have phoned they have admitted the letter had been sent in error. We also get letters telling us our balance - 3 letters in one month we received all with very different balances on! Very worrying.
