    The worst estate agents I've come across. If I could give them a lower score I would. I expect disorganisation from most large companies, but at Countrywide lettings it was just beyond a joke. Not only are they completely incompetant, but they send out endless automated letters which are offen of a harassing nature and completely irrelevant to your situation. They also loose forms left right and centre, including bank details. Dispite loving the property I'm in, I'm seriously considering moving just to prevent having to put up with this awful company. They also charge far more than other companies for the estate agents fees.

    I had a poor service from this agency and after paying for a HIP that I still have not seen after 7 months. I rate them as hopeless.

    Arranged viewing of a furnished apartment with them only to be shown another in the same block that was unfurnished as happened to bring wrong keys for the one to be viewed.
    Rearranged to view the planned one next day.
    Half an hour later than the viewing time the agent arrived.
    Then the keys........well ....wrong ones this time so no viewing again.

    Countrywide Estate Agents overcharged me. I felt they under-delivered and over-valuated. I did not feel they worked in my best interests, but rather they tried to simply sell any offer to me.
