    A great first holiday with our wee girl (4 months). We weren't expecting much as it was a very cheap holiday but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was lovely and clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Everything we needed including fridge/freezer and microwave. Price of holiday and cost of living while there. Leisure facilities were great - passes included with holiday. Really pleased with the shop prices/bar prices - on a par, if not below normal shop and bar prices ( a change for a holiday park). Perhaps the owners have realised that people will come back if they aren't being ripped off. Tenpin bowling was fun and well air conditioned, as was the whole leisure centre. Cannot fault Stanwix holiday park itself, our only niggle was that Siloth is like the town that time forgot - very old fashioned and bit run down in parts.

    My husband and I liked Stanwix holiday park.Wonderful facilities friendly staff.
    Good entertainment plus excellent activities for children of all ages.
    There are places to visit nearSilloth.Wigton has some nice shops.
    Maryport as an aqurium and a small harbour where boats come in.It also as a Roman museum where activities take place and a nautical museum,which my grandaughter loved.

    We are definitley coming here again and recommend this spot to anybody, the most daring thing on the menu trust us that chef belongs in a fine dining restaurant down south somewhere- a true asset to the park, along with the excellent service we received.
    The pool was lovely and clean and the bowling kept our lads entertained for hours. Thank you once again for a really memorable holiday! Hope to see everybody's smiling faces again next year.
