I don't understand the glowing reviews as my experience has been all bad.
Firstly - sign up is not easy as they want an odd format
in the telephone section. It's best to phone support unless you can
guess it first time. Then the payment section freezes. True you can ring
them again and pay that way - but it isn't a good start! Mickey Mouse
comes to mind !
I suppose that JustHostMe may be ok if you want to start from
scratch (with Domain, e mail or website) but if you wish to transfer
anything from another hosting company (Domain, e mail or website) or
you're a beginner, then forget it. The help team are easy to reach but
will expect you to have knowledge and to understand their language. If
you don't - then they will be impatient with your "ignorance" and you
will be on your own. Their response to this , is that I should have
looked at their terms & conditions which state (apparently) that all
customers are clearly required to have basic knowledge of how web
hosting works. Good to know - so not easy and not for beginners !!
If you do make the mistake of joining then at least cancellation is
the easiest part as they make no attempt to hold on to you. In fact it
was suggested I could go to another provider if I found their site too
difficult LOL !! --- so I DID !

2 months ago JustHostMe changed over their servers. They notified me of this and included information, but my domain is also registered with JustHostMe and I have no facilities to exchange the settings myself. My business website was down for a month with customers complaining to me. I have no idea how much business I lost. I even lost my Google listing and rank. Why JustHostMe don't automatically adjust the settings in the event of a server change makes no sense to me.

We received an email this morning about network outages, we are now trying to do work on website and once again it is down and I do not get any response except automated rubbish emails saying a support ticket has been opened. Got to get away from these so called hosters.

Thank you for your review. It is normal to receive an automated response stating we are in receipt of your support ticket when you open one. A member of our support team will then review your ticket and follow up with you personally as soon as possible. The network issue you describe here was an issue on a third party network which impacted only a handful of our customers. The network issue was reported to the third party network for review as soon as it was discovered and it was resolved swiftly. We alerted all of our customers as soon as the network issue was detected, kept them in the loop throughout and we also posted a detailed report of this network issue and how it was fixed as soon as the network issue was resolved.

You are one of the most cost effective domain name and hosting suppliers, but when it comes to payment and customer services you are so appauling it out weighs the cost effectivement of your products. Shame. you are still sending me messages saying my credit card failed yet i moved my domain name to another provider before christmas. and i cancelled the hosting space shortly afterwards as i do not need this service for the time being. as the website/domain/hosting was for work, i cant remember now at home who i am hosted with, but i have used wordpress so this led me to make the changes away from your company. regards Michelle Sheree

In this case I am fairly certain there was a problem with the justhostme Bravo email server (I'm a Software Engineer). I reported the problem with details. The response was that if I wanted my email to work I should consider upgrading to a business hosting package - the support ticket was then closed. Almost immediately after this the justhostme email SSL certificate expired so now my email reported a invalid certificate every 15 mins when it checked for new mail.... There are plenty of hosting companies out there, I'd recommend using someone else.

I can assure you that we would not require you to switch to business hosting to get your e-mail to work. We would expect that you misunderstood the advisor you spoke to. You may also have incorrect SSL settings in your e-mail client which is causing this error. Please can you call or e-mail us so that we can resolve your issues and complaint.

I can assure you my SSL settings were correct; they worked for the previous 12 months. Your advisor clearly told me your SSL certificate had expired and said it would be renewed.
I note that you are now commenting ont his review after your initial attempt to get it competely removed....
