The only gripe I could possibly have is with the telephone response/support- i.e. when you ring for telephones support 9 times out of ten all you can get is a recorded message. Getting help via the ticketing system is OK so long as you can figure out the provided advice technically. However if you particularly need telephone support it can be a pain- but perhaps at these prices you can't real complain. (read more)

Over the last 5 years or so I have enjoyed the service JustHostMe have provided on approximately 20 websites I run with them. Over the last year I have seen the performance of these servers diminish dramatically. I have contacted support about the issues and they seem to be turning a blind eye to the situation and not offering any real solutions other than upgrading to a business package, which in my opinion is a option which is way overpriced for hosting the simplest of WordPress... Confused at the last review at price rises. We are totally blown away by the price but more so by the support. We are just finishing our website and the web designers had a mass of problems with their Wordpress integration with Paypal Pro, SSL certificates,memory cache etc. The Ticket support reply times have normally been within 20 minutes, with even replies at nearly 11pm at night. Agreed. Just got my annual reseller invoice and having paid £145 my first year, then £174 last year, have just received an invoice for £318 for the next year. An 83% rise no less. How can they justify this?

Relatively new hosting company that started off super competitive in the pricing area. However it seems this was to draw in the customers. As soon as they were bigger they went to become a ltd company - the client footed the vat increase. Since then prices have increased twice without warning. These are not fixed price packages. I got the service I paid for, however there could be some improvements. I feel that my servers were always working perfectly and never had any issues. My issue was mainly with customer service, I always got a good reply via E-Mail support, however Just Host Me's live help on their website was rarely online. Well obviously your sites aren't hosted on Alpha or Bravo servers otherwise you would have experienced far more than 5 mins downtime. Nearly three weeks downtime in a year taking down fifteen of my sites/email with the result that I lost four of my clients. And when disaster strikes, (name removed) will be a very hard man to contact!
(Name removed) operates with no redundancy, so all server failures will be severely felt.
I transfered to a cloud based hosting platform - zero downtime - worry free!

“Inflexible and complex systems deter me from renewing”

They are cheap, reliable and the software is comprehensive and easy to use - but their customer service is appalling. They don't seem to want to help and when they charge you the wrong price (and they will because their on-site sales are overly complex and don't reflect the offers that they make on their home page) they won't refund.
