We used to use the soap centre and experienced problems like everyone else.We were supposed to be very good friends of theirs we used to go to their home for lunch and dinner.As you all know they dissapeared of the face of the earth or so they thought.!!Anyway after all the problems we decided to make our own Bath Bombs,we now sell wholesale and have never looked back.They did us a service really not the way they expected.

Bath Bombs are quite nice. I would probably buy the bath bomb again...although we did have to re-tie with straw as the bomb was wrapped in cellophane and secured with white sellotape!I placed an order for body scrub and body lotion, I thought the packaging was absolutely awful. We were going to put into our hamper gifts, but there was no way we could use their products! I did not receive a response to my complaint time after time, I had to throw the products away in the end, it seemed to me as ...

Very poor customer service and communication. Poor quality work all round and expensive for what you get. Also, I never received an invoice despite many requests. Catherine at Astral Aromas.

My experience with Soapcentre Soap is that I have not received all of my orders yet although I have paid for them. They have promised to deliver on several occasions and then have not done so. I have waited in to receive promised deliveries that have never arrived. I am out of pocket as a result and the sum is not insignificant. I would not recommend this company as I have found it very frustrating. I have often not received replies to emails or phone calls.

I and my friends found the soap centre products excellent value for money and were very happy with our orders.


We purchased products early in the year and found the sales team very accommodating.

I am a new company and I placed an order with Soapcentre in good faith with very little capital for soaps and bath bombs. Half the soaps were labeled wrong when they finally arrived which was 4 weeks after the order was placed. I have since been unable to contact this company. They are no longer taking orders on the web site, do not answer the phone whenever I call, and have not replied to any of my emails yet.

The first time I purchased from this company they took almost eight weeks to deliver the goods. The second order I placed was completed within 3 -4 weeks. As I live quite close to them I decided to go and collect the order personally to give me opportunity to see who I was dealing with. I placed another order (and paid for it) about 6 weeks ago. I have been using Soapcentre for over a year and we developed a good friendship, so I thought. I used to pick my orders up and they were very good to me in getting my orders ready in three or four days. What has upset and disappointed me is that 1/ I feel they have ruined a very good business and 2/ They have not replied to my phone calls and emails recently even though I was meant to be a friend.
I am sorry for all you people who have paid for your products and not received them.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company in March 2008 and I have received nothing from them. On the few occasions I was able to contact them all I have received are excuses about my order. They no longer respond to e-mails or answer the telephone and although I have asked for a refund of my money this request has been ignored too.I would not recommend this company. I have lost a substantial amount of money through dealing with Soap Centre.

I ordered in February 2008 - their website offers delivery within 14 days. it took 2 months for me to receive the order and then part of it was missing and I am still waiting for that now 4 months later and after numerous phone calls and emails.

I do not recommend this company.

I have placed an order with the Soapcenter.co.uk for nearly £ 1200 in FEBRUARY 2008. They have received my payment, I have opened a new shop with provisions for soaps, bathbombs and salts. All in all about a third of the shop was set aside for their items. The shop is now open, I had to content with customers who asked for soaps (as I had advertised) and all I could say was that my delivery was delayed etc.... So it looks like they are quite happy to take your money (lots of it) but then ...

Gave these people another chance after the promises they made, once again let down big time. Placed quite a big order waited 4 weeks for delivery, only received part of order still waiting for remainder. The part I received was very low quality, badly wrapped and labelling was terrible. WHEN you manage to get in touch, as they won't answer emails etc, it's always somebody else's fault, they just fob you off and make promises they don't keep.

Great product range but terrible terrible service. Also, sometimes products that arrive are not as shown, occasionally they discolour as well. Delivery is painful, never on time and normally the order is not complete and they will not send the rest until you put another order in. Not worth the hassle.

If they delivered what they advertise they would do well. I suspect, however, that their poor service will lose them customers (like me) faster than their promises can gain them.

Such a long list of fragrances and scents that it took a long time to decide, the website and photography are a breeze to use. Honestly I've no problem with the company, I hope others feel the same :)

I ordered form Soapcentre Soap in October - part of the order received and the products are A1 - asked for the rest of my order........nothing materialised. I even offered to choose different things to the same value of the outstanding goods in case they were having trouble with materials etc........still nothing.

I issued a claim via Money Claim On Line in February and a cheque arrived on Saturday - lets see if it clears!!!

Items are cheap, and most smell nice. However we would not buy from this company again. They have dreadful customer service, and we have had so many problems upon recieving the order, but they are very unwilling to help. Delivery was very slow, and we had to keep chasing the order up, only to be give false promises by the company.The labelling on the products is very poor, as well as the presentation of the products. The pictures on the website look much better than the actual products themselve ...

Beware of this company, they promise everything and they DO NOT deliver what you ordered in time. They lie about delivery and when order arrives it WILL be missing most of what you ordered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

They take small orders I suppose thats good, and they are cheap, but when you have to wait 2 months for orders that kind of defeats the object because you have to give freebies as an apology to your own customers for keeping them waiting. Sample order came in good time with nice products, every single other order late, 4 to 9 weeks from order, and always something missing or the wrong things sent.
If they do answer the phone they promise delivery to get rid of you and it never arrives when they ...
