Good Points: Website looks good.
Bad Points: Customer service is poor.
General comments: I would avoid online sites like this one for floral and gift delivery like the plague. They charged me for an order of delivery of flowers when it was delivered 36 hours late and even though the order was cancelled (and confirmed by the portal when I cancelled it). It was for a relatives birthday and I was SO embarrassed that they were not delivered.
They refuse to return my money saying my order was deliveredNot only do you lose your hard-earned money, you get no satisfaction in return.
