I have been a loyal Nokia client for the last 10 years and only had one other phone (A Motorola) because of their great features and reliability. However the Nokia N95 8Gb has let me down horribly because of the worst batery life I've experienced in a cellphone, software freezes, a barcode reader that don't work, a GPS system that can locate street names from 12000km away but not 5km away (by the way the GPS signal is unreliable and don't think you can retain signal for more than 20min), its web browser is rubbish and most mobile phone software is incompattible with the handset! I would have liked to know beforehand of the countless useless applications that the phone has that obviously increases the price but not its functionality.

Wow! what can i say, this phone is absolutly brilliant! I normally tend to get drawn in by the more over fancy looking phones but this time i decided to go with a recommendation and get the Nokia n95 8gb and wow simply brilliant. Packed with features and very easy to use. The music software is very easy to use and don't you don't need a computer science degree to use. Initially I didnt think it was a particularly good looking phone and to be honest i thought i was abit on the chunky side but not ...

Bought the Nokia N95 from phones4u bout 7 months ago on Vodafone. Generally a great all-rounder smart phone, all features conveniently packed into one matt finish phone. Didnt give me problems until 3 months ago when I installed a couple of maps on it for Nokia Maps. It seems the phone prefers to run smoothly with just the bare essentials when it comes to software. And then came the dreaded "Start-up failed, Contact Retailer'' I used the phone via Data Transfer to upload a couple a pics as attac ...

Nice stylish looking phone. Big screen. Perfect for texting. I just love it. It is the best phone I have ever owned and I have had quite a lot of mobile phones over the years. It was great to have
    A keyboard.
After recently having a touch screen phone, it was to nice to have
A keyboard for texting again. In my opinion touch screens are not really suitable for texting. It made me so frustrated. So pleased to get back to normal again. Thank you Nokia, I will stay with your phones from now on. It ...

For everyone who complains about battery life, size of the phone etc, buy a mobile phone. The Nokia N95 8GB isn't a mobile phone, it's a smartphone and the rest. Its a camcorder, music player, camera, portable computer/web browser, satnav oh, and a phone too!
I have this phone through O2 with a data usage bolt on which really brings the phone to life, don't even consider it without a data tariff! I post to my Flickr, check my emails etc with ease. There is also an incredible array of free and pa ...

Top quality camera, I no longer use my digital camera which cost me £425. I have taken photographs in all light conditions and this is brilliant, comes with a usb cable which i do direct printing with my Epson R300 printer at A4 the pictures are perfect. The menu system is easy to use, you can do what you want easily with this phone. My signal is the best i've had with any mobile i've owned and most of those were Nokia. Overall i would say this is the best phone i have owned, i had a k850 ...

I got the Nokia N95 8GB as a free upgrade on the 3 Network complete with the entire Spiderman 3 film already loaded.
My previous phone was an N73 which was atrocious & wouldn't send messages after only owning it for 6-7 months.
So far with this phone, no major problems although when I first had it, it constantly had problems reading the SIM & for some reason if I didn't use the phone for about an hour would come up with "SIM Registration Failure" which mean pulling the battery out & giving the S ...

The Nokia N95 8GB is a great phone with too many features to list. Might seem a bit pricey but it's well worth it. The best feature would have to be the WI-FI. I've never had to pay for internet or check email on this phone. There's always free WI-FI somewhere; home, work, collage, pubs, around the city. Some people say it might be a little slow but it get's faster when you update it's firmware (highly recommended)

i have had many phones over the past couple of years and all makes but for me the n95 8gb is the best.slider wise it is tops only just edged out by the build of the 6500 slide.
some people have moaned about the battery life, but mine is a1 im getting about 4 days on above average use , it might be just luck. compared to the n95 its great. everything about is a joy. you dont even notice the size of it after a couple of days.this is coming from a man who is no great lover of the 2 way slide.

This phone is a great improvement of the N95, I received mine yesterday and my first impression is everything I had hoped! The only draw back is it takes a few seconds to open the software applications, but thats not too bad really nit picking!

This is truly a remarkable phone. The old N95 was full of flaws and the battery life was ludicrously low. The N95 8gig is a fantastic piece of kit and does what it says on the tin. Every feature, such as music, pictures and internet works really well. The battery life is much improved also. The next version should have a qwerty keyboard to make it a real computer. Nevertheless, I can imagine having this phone a long long time, with no real need to upgrade.

I like the style of it, and it has many features which at the beggining i did not think it may have it, eg the office, the capacity of watching a film ect
