    Just wanted to have say as i stumbled over this website, when going online to purchase some oils, I have been a customer for the past 6 months excellent service, fantastic goods and nothing is too much trouble!! The ladies in store are great and always willing to help either in there lovely store in Carshalton or over the telephone Spot on naturally thinking fab products keep up the good work.

    First time buyer with Naturallythinking having shopped mainly at Quinessence and New Directions before, overall my experience has been very favourable. I phoned on Friday afternoon as I had a few questions - spoke to a woman called Gina on the phone who lets say was a little different from the normal customer service - quite loud and very excitable, but she did really help explain a few things about the bottles and jars I was buying and went out of her way to get the exact measurements.

    Ordered some arnica gel from a 'Naturally Thinking' site for a relative. This was the cheapest I had seen it and the site was well presented etc, so assumed it was reputable. However 24hr dispatch was promised-after a week I contacted them, only for them to tell me that I had not paid, despite the fact that the money had been taken from my Paypal account.     They sent me the wrong products - a highly refined grape seed oil which was advertised on the site for carrier oils as "cold pressed/unrefined" and i got a cold pressed (wrong label, wrong product - the same for another carrier oil) i wrote to them and asked for an explanation and/or exchange - and got an arrogant comment a few days later: ' thanks for your email, you are the first to complain" - how about that??? not only is is not true, is the most stuck up and unprofessional reply i ...

    Naturally Thinking sent me the wrong product (cold pressed only - instead of coldpressed and unrefined) - it took them two days to respond to my enquiry - with the comment, that i am the very first one to complain....? english arrogance or? essential oils are o.k. quality, but their website is either misleading or their service attitude utter rubbish

    After reading some of the other reviews I was astounded. Naturally thinking are the nicest online company I've dealt with and I've also had the pleasure of visiting their shop in Carshalton. Friendly, helpful and funny - it's nice to see a human face on aromatherapy which can so often be portrayed in an old fashioned black magic way or scruffy and unprofessional.

    They accidentally sent me a tester bottle of essential oil, but within two days of my complaint I had a brand new bottle delivered. They were friendly and polite and apologetic for their mistake, which was great.It does worry me that their label for Black Pepper seems to be wrong through.. it smells okay.. ?!

    www.naturallythinking.com - People are so quick to complain when something doesn't quite work out, having read the other two reviews on here I felt I had to write.

    I have been ordering from Naturallythinking since 2005. Their products are absolutely fantastic and are far superior in quality too many high street shops as well as online retailers I have shopped with. Personally I have never had to wait for more than 2 days to receive my order and I've placed orders from £8 to £100. ...

    Never received my goods, they say they issue a tracking number, which they do, but you can only check it when it has been attempted to be delivered. This never showed on track and trace, I had to use my phone to call royal mail many times, they had no record of the parcel being delivered (or attempted to be) the local office searched the sorting office and the parcel was not there. NT say that the post persons sometimes forget to leave a card, but Royal Mail say this rarely happens and as I say ...

    Their customer service and organisational skills are terrible. But the products from Naturally Thinking are very competitively priced and of average quality.
