Good Points: Somewhat better than the TYTN I however the extra power doesn't really add much value.
Bad Points: HTC Support bites (see below). This is an ongoing issue with the TYTN II and they won't take responsibility (search the web).
General comments: Hi, my LCD cracked by placing it on carpet. Support stated it won't be warranted, that the LCD cracked from behind. I escalated the issue and HTC won't budge, same song and dance. I literally didn't do anything but put my phone on the floor, pick it up a moment later, tried to use it and found the LCD busted/all scrambled. This is the 2nd LCD from HTC that has cracked on me - each time they blame me instead of recalling the phone due to lack of stability, manufacturer defect, etc. I highly recommend that anyone considering an HTC phone seriously consider other vendors based on support and warrantee. The $800 phone has cost me over $1K...

Although re-badged TYTN II (T-Mobile MDA Vario II), item is the same.
Connectivity is second to none, i've had the device for 6 months and couldn't live without it. Phone, PDA, Sate Nav, Email - all in one box - brilliant!
Although fiddly to use at first, when you get used to it, it gets easier - not for the faint hearted when setting up all the features. Doesn't seem to be as fast processing as my old ipaq 5550.
