“Nightmare to set up”

★★☆☆☆

written by on 21/05/2014

A friend recommended this product to me and I was extremely disappointed. It is so big and chunky and the battery weighs an absolute tonne. Setting the thing up before each round is horrendous too trying to fit the battery into the trolley itself, in fact it's so bad that I actually broke mine. Also my bag (trolley bag) kept turning to the side when playing my round. Once I got started it was ok but not great as using the trolley takes a lot of getting used too as at some points I ended up pulling and pushing myself. I just carry my clubs now as the stress of setting the thing up before the round is definately not worth the hassle

“weak battery”

★★☆☆☆

written by on 15/03/2012

Bought a GoKart in Dec 2010 with a 36 hole battery (Lead battery). It lasted exactly one season. Right now, March 2012, I can make 13 holes before the battery dies. Had to order a new Lithium battery (€ 299.-, special offer but still expensive) in order to get back on the course. Didn't like it at all. Very disappointing occurance. Don't recommend to buy a gokart with a lead battery.

Hi, considering buying one of these trolleys. I am concerned about stability on hills. I play a hilly course and wonder if the high mounting point of the battery may be a problem. Anybody any experience on hilly courses?

Depends on how often you use it I suppose. My first one lasted nearly 5 years and I replaced it with a Lithium one, which has a longer guarantee. It's now 3 years old and still does 36 holes, even though it's an 18 hole one. Ring the company, as their customer service is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this product and suggest that you pay more for the lithium battery.

Yes, it comes and accepts all the accessories and colourways. The only difference being the control on the handle. You will not be disappointed, it is a great machine, does what it says on the box is very reliable and comes with back up service second to none. Even when sent back for service after three and a half years use they can (at a very small fee) lend you one so your golf continues uninterupted.
