    I ordered a darn set of floor mats. It was too much for car-stuff. They didn't have the items in stock, but that didn't stop them from charging my card and then keeping the whole "we-ain't-got-none" secret for over two weeks--another week (so they say) to get the charges reversed--we'll see about that. I had to call them four times. No one ever knows anything. They have my email--they might have emailed me and simply said that the item's out of stock--but oh no, that would be too business like.
    If you order anything from these wackos make certain it's nothing important or anything you'll need in less than two to four weeks--better yet, make it something you won't need ever--that way when it never arrives, you'll never miss it.

    My experience with Car Stuff was TERRIBLE! I STRONGLY URGE OTHERS TO PATRONIZE OTHER BUSINESSES FOR THEIR AUTO PARTS.

    I needed to get parts delivered in two business days. I submitted my order on a Friday afternoon and needed the parts delivered by Tuesday. The ADDITIONAL charge to have my order shipped 2-day versus ground was $150, which was my first concern. The parts I ordered were small and relatively lightweight.     Car-Stuff gave enough of needed application information about the headlights and also included bulbs, saving me time and money. The price was adequate for the product I recieved. The quality of the headlight assemblies seemed as good, or better than stock. Fit and finish are fine. Parts arrived quickly by fed-ex in boxed well designed to handle punishment.     Car-Stuff can charge you card in seconds but have not yet shipped out the merchandise and ITs been 7 days so far.Still no tracking number.When you call customer service you get 3 different answers from 3 different people.And if your lucky you will speak to someone in the USA...DO not order or you will be sorry

    Car-Stuff. placed an order for an alternator last night...the next day afternoon called to cancel (gut feeling), i was told that the order was in transit from the supplier and cancellation was not possible...I called the same night to obtain the tracking number and what I got for a response was "I am sorry sir the part is out of stock and we are in the process of refunding your money"....Gee thanks, now I can push my no alternator car to work

    I know they have many satisfied customers, but I fell through the cracks on this one. I would have never order from a company in California due to the distance and time involved in shipping, but the salesman assured me it would be shipped from a warehouse near Alabama. There is a lot of difference between 3 days and 3 weeks delivery time. And who is to say that it will arrive in 3 weeks.     I wish I had known about this site prior to my order, it would have saved me $100! What a mistake to order anything through this company. I ordered one fender flare for my Jeep, which according to the website should have matched the other 3 but did not. I called the company and they said to return it and they would refund the part and all shipping.     I ordered Rotors and pads for my Magnum. Went to put them one and found that the website descriptions were completely wrong. The parts sent were for a Chrysler 300C or Magnum with the V8 (mine is the V6). So the rotors were too big and the pads were too big as well.     I ordered four parts from them to complete a simple tune-up. I was sent the wrong spark plugs, the wrong wire set, and the wrong distributor cap. That's three out of four folks. When I called customer service I was routed to India where some guys that were of no help. I was simply trying to obtain the correct parts.     I ordered shocks and struts for my 1998 pathfinder from Car-Stuff. I received the wrong struts and the shocks were used. Customer service is poore. It has been more than 6 weeks and I am still trying to deal with it. Every time I call, I have to restart the process. They expect me to pay for the shipping to new york?     After being on hold for over 2 hrs with this company and feeling like no one cares about my problem I will never shop from this website again.

    To give an overview I ordered an alternator and was lied to about it's delivery date and finally never recieved it because no contact could be made with the manufacturer.

    I have waited for over three weeks and won't get the part and still haven't recieved a refund. Terrible.

    I really liked shopping on www.car-stuff.com, which I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The site I usually shopped from didn't have the part I wanted, so I tried this site out, on the recommendation of a friend. I found that their prices were quite reasonable, though I had a little difficulty at locating what I need. The sales rep was kind enough to help me out, though. Good job.

    Very poor customer service; no answer to the simple question "Has my order shipped yet?" over two weeks after charging the credit card.

    I will never order from, nor recommend them again.

    As customer I'm always after the products and services of the firm I'm kinda o.c. when it comes to that part. But, with car-stuff.com, all can say that they are great because of excellent customer service, their delivery is on time, the quality of website is very good, the value is appropriate form SRP. That's I recommend this site to others to to experience total customer satisfaction.

    Having online shopping is such a great help for a busy person like me. I only need to search and order the product through the Car-Stuff site and just wait for the item to be delivered directly to my doorstep. No hassle and no sweat.

    Well, I tried buying some car parts at Car-Stuff. I just found it on the internet last month. I bought some rotors, and it turned out to be great. For me, it is a good web site, considering it is just new (I think). It is hassle free, and I got my merchandise on time. I didn't regret it at all, and I felt relieved when I got my parts on time. Cheers!!
