Do not use cheapoair.com. We bought a flight from ON to LAX and somehow the return date was wrong. An employee told me that sometimes computer "glitches" occur. I assumed they would change the date. No. A supervisor finally spoke with me a week after this error was found, and he was without question the rudest person with whom I have ever had to deal. Bottom line: we are out a ton of $$, cheapoair has washed their hands of this, and we are stuck. No matter how much money you think you will save, do not use this site.

I actually liked cheapoair, customer service isn't the best but for prices they are great. I did have some trouble getting in contact with them, being on hold on the phone but from now on I will do everything online to save the hassle.

I received an email from CheapoAir.com saying that my reservation was processed and to call to confirm the new rate for $300 more. I've literally been on hold for 1 hour and no response. In the process of calling my credit card company. This is the worst experience ever.- Read Guest's review (48 words)

My girlfriend tried to book a flight to China with her card. The next morning at 3am we got a call and voicemail stating the card didn't process and we'd need to use another to make the booking. As her limit is rather low, we re-processed it with my CC. We spend the next several days calling CheapoAir.com to ensure that the booking went through properly, and was told it was being processed and confirmed with the airlines. Finally today we got an email stating that the booking was CANCELLED and th ...- Read Guest's review (164 words)

CheapoAir.com do appear to have the best prices for air fair, but then they nearly charged the price of the ticket in bogus taxes! When I clicked to view what the taxes and fees were they popped up a U.S. government tax information, but none of it applied to my flight. They were all domestic AUSTRALIAN flights and had nothing to do with U.S. taxes. They literally tried to say that it was $99 dollars in taxes for each flight we took! If they are going to charge for their services just say they a ...- Read Guest's review (120 words)

I recently booked a flight on CheapoAir for $776, on the booking page it states: Your credit card may be billed in 2 charges totaling the above amount....Your total will not exceed the above amount. "
When the statement from the credit card came, the 2 charges exceeded the original fare quoted by $9.
Customer rep said there was price increase when they did the ticketing and refused to refund me the excess amount charged. I know it's $9 but I have never encountered this from any other travel we ...- Read hallobean's review (119 words)

I will never book with cheapoair again. I booked flights with aircanada which got cancelled due to bad weather and I had one ticket through cheapoair. They gave me the option of picking another date (which was not possible since I had to change my plans big time) for a charge of $50 or refund my taxes only. However they landed up not refunding me and trying to charge a $50 charge on my creditcard. I only authorized a refund not a charge. In other words I was supposed to get $138 out ~ 300 but ta ...- Read Guest's review (143 words and 1 comment)

Their idea of customer service when your flight is cancelled is to tell you that "we're sending an email to the booking department and the booking department will contact you." No one from the booking department ever called me and it took 3 phone calls over the course of a week to talk to anyone who would give me an answer other than their standard answer noted above. I wouyld not recommend CheapoAir.com- Read Guest's review (85 words and 1 comment)

I tried cancel an e-ticket within the 24 hours window, they claim that the airlines charges them and so they need to charge the customers and when I called airline and it did not turn out to be the case. The statement stated the charge was was for service fees. They have no disclosure about the amount of their cancellation charges on their websiteWhen you book a ticket - the price jumps about to 95 for taxes and fees with no breakdown of what is taxes and fees, It was the first and the last tim ...- Read bellamo's review (100 words)

There are no good points. Their customer service is the worse costumer I have ever seen, when you call them expect to wait for 5 hours. Then they try to charge you for wasting your time. I would not recommend them.- Read Guest's review (40 words)

The customer service rep said the website will not say "ticket no longer available at that price" or even "show the current corrected price reflecting the current best price" but instead will give a mistake in processing the credit card so that customers will have to call and get the current best price (and the sales pitch). Moral of the story? If you can book the flight online at a competitive price, it's a pretty good deal, otherwise, continue shopping.- Read jbhayes's review (239 words)

I bought a ticket from LAX - Munich with CheapoAir. I ended up paying $325 extra for what I thought was a bargain deal.
The customer reps on the phone do not clearly explain the entire charges/fees.- Read betacarbon's review (50 words)

I booked 4 tickets from this company by phone, but when I received a confirmation about my flight, I got a different time of flight from the conversation that I had on the phone.
I'm very disappointed with this company.

I would never ever book any flights through CheapoAir.com. We used them to book our flight and, after they charged our account, they cancelled our flight. We now have to wait one month or more for a refund. Their customer support call center is the worst I have ever experienced. For example, if you choose option "support with existing booking", then expect to wait anywhere between 15 and 50 minutes. We tried to go through the "new booking option" in order not to wait. They hung up on me 5 time ...- Read ivonaandtom's review (164 words)
