    Ordered products last month and still waiting goods. No reply to emails etc.. I'm pretty sure that i dont recommend this company to others. Bad company

    No hassle, no fuss and no need to contact customer services! packaged arrived on time, and well boxed up. Prices were way cheaper than high street chemists. All in all, a new favourite.

    Beauty Bay have a good range of products and very competatively priced. You can also opt for 2nd class delivery so save a bit on postage. I did this and still received my order within a couple of days. The only slight negative was that I thought the goods were over packaged, arriving in quite a large box for the size of the contents, however this does ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

    I always get my Wella haircare from the hairdressers but thought I would have a look on the internet and see if I could find it any cheaper - in this crunch every penny counts!!! Luckily I came across BeautyBay.com - their prices are really good and a lot cheaper than what I was paying before.     Bought my daughter the GHD Kiss pink stylers for her birthday. Beautybay.com were by far the cheapest online for genuine GHD's and I recieved my order the next day in plenty of time for my daughters birthday. I will definitely be shopping here again. easy to use website, wide range of products, good prices

    I made a few purchases from beautybay.com. Had problems with an order, and I can say the matter was resolved in a matter of days. Excellent Customer Services. Each time the young ladies were polite and very helpful. Will recommend to anyone looking to buy top quality cosmetics or haircare.

    My salon had a very hard time keeping the products that I needed in stock. I waited over a month for my product to come into my local salon and decided to go on line to see if I could find it myself. I found beautybay.com It was great! The prices were better, which made the shipping costs pay for itself. It only took a total of nine days to receive my order of six items from the date I ordered it on line to be delivered from England to the U.S.A. I am very happy!

    Beauty Bay has a large product catalog and very good prices. Unfortunately they haven't got the slightest idea of what customer service is. They shipped me a wrong item, asked me to return the item with insurance, and then forgot all about me. The insurance was an amount so large that all gained in dealing with them was lost plus it caused a lot of headaches.     Beauty Bay is the best online beauty stop without a doubt. The website is easy to use, and is packed full of the best products on the market, at discounted prices a lot of the time too. The customer service is outstanding, and everything arrives really quickly. www.beautybay.com is highly recommended.

    My Son wanted some aftershave for his birthday, and I found the exact one he wanted at almost £10 off the high street price at Beauty Bay.

    Delivery was on time, and the whole process from start to finish was great! I highly recommend www.beautybay.com.
