    We too were recommended from menorcatalk.com forum we looked at others but there prices were too high. We were met at the airport by a very nice lady and shown to our car. while we were doing the paperwork another man had put our luggage in the boot, a very nice touch.

    We had a slight accident and scratched the side of the car, we did inform them about it and on return they didn't even look at it. I was expecting a charge to be made on our CC but it never appeared very happy with their service and would recommend them.

    We booked this company online for our family holiday to menorca with our 11 month old son. I was assured that somone from Poppy Cars would meet us when we got to arrivals at Menorca airport. After waiting for half an hour a woman finally turned up to take us to our cars. When we got to the cars the womans business partner took over and I have never been so poorly treated by anyone! He was rude, agressive and completely unhelpful. We are a nice normal family and to get treated like that by someo ...

    Poppy Cars, Menorca. Good points The rep was so friendly nothing was too much trouble. The quality and condition of the minibus was first class.
    Bad points None really, when we dropped it off at the airport there was a guy waiting for it. He said he needed it for another renter, my wife thought he wanted to look it over for damage so they could get us before we left the country, as there was a small scratch on it we think we may have made. No hesitation in recomemning this company, nothing came ...

    The service was brilliant, this company catered for all our needs. We had a large family 5 children and 4 adults, the car was suitable for all of our needs. Once again, thanks to Poppy Cars for the fantastic service!

    We were recommended to Poppycars by users of an online minorca forum I'm glad they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'm a great believer in you get what you pay for, we have in other resorts picked the cheapest option, this can be a mistake. Although not the cheapest I considered it very good value for money. The car came with a very good information pack and maps and they even gave us recommendations on where to visit with the children.

    We would highly recommend using Poppy Cars. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Even the slight damage to the back they had no problem with.

    We arrived at the airport to find that the Poppy Cars agent was not waiting for us - we called and was told "my wife is on her way". She turned up and took us to the car park, but car was not there. Car finally arrived, minus the requested child seat (our youngest is 2). The husband (for it was he who brought the car) said "No problem, hop in and follow me and we'll fit it for you when we get there".
