I have had nine double-glazed windows and three external doors installed by Pegasus Luxury and I am very pleased with the high standard of workmanship and high quality products. It took 5 days to have all the existing windows and doors changed, three of which are bay windows and one of the doors is a French door which replaced on old patio door. The cost of the installation was very reasonable and good value for money. The installation has transformed the appearance of the house especially the front with square leaded woodgrain mahogony effect windows and door. I wanted to know if the sealed units were argon gas filled and if the windows had internal beading which would make it difficult for burglars to break into house.

The service, professionalism and end product from Pegasus was excellent.
from Rep to fitters, they give the window fitting industry a good name (can't say that for the competition)!

To be honest I couldn't have asked for any more. I had various different companies come and quote for my windows and doors. But none were as professional as the chap from Pegasus. I thought at first their price was good but now the job has been completed I realise it was fantastic value for money. We had Pegasus Luxury Home improvements visit us to discuss our conservatory requirements. We found them to be very knowledgable and helped us with the design and lay out of the conservatory. We had a conservatory built by at christmas by Pegasus Windows. It was completed promplty and to a very high standard. We were very pleased with the service they provided. They also managed to get us a fantasic finance deal aswell. I would definatly recommend them to all friends and family. Our conservatory is beaufiful and has really changed our home. Thank you Pegasus!

Pegasus Windows were the ultimate professionals - the sales girl arrived on time, did not outstay her welcome, was not 'pushy', and - needless to say got my order.

The surveyor was equally efficient, as were the fitters. I could not be more happy with the service than I am.

The look of the finished product is superb whern compared with others in my road.

I am very pleased with the service and finished job that Pegasus has delivered. I have had the misfortune of dealing with other building and fitting companies in the past which have been less than professional (dishonest, infact) so the honesty and efficiency with which Pegasus delivered the finished job has restored my faith massively ... there are good fitters and builders out there - but only go to Pegasus!

Pegasus Windows were the best company we saw, really helpful sales people fully explained their product and showed us a sample of the window they fit.(unlike others we saw). really fast and clean installation, the fitters cleaned up fully before they left. have already had them back for more work and recommended to a family member.
excellent service.

I was very pleased to receive my quote from Pegasus, I can honestly say that they may not have been the cheapest, but their quality was superior. As a small family run business, you know that they are going to go that extra mile to give you service. In my books, they are Big Enough to Matter yet Small Enough to Care. Their installation team was friendly, professional and on time.

Just had my windows fitted by Pegasus (18/09/09), they were fantastic from start to finish. Their salesman was very helpful, he advised me to have a set of bi-fold doors instead of a patio door which opens my home out to the garden just like he said it would, i just wish i had them fitted before the summer was over. At no time did i feel under any pressure to accept his quotation not like numerous other salesmen i had round. Whilst they were not the cheapest quote i had by no means were they the ...

We were slightly concerned about fitting new windows considering the credit crunch but we were delighted with the service that we recieved from all the team at Pegasus. They even refused to replace two windows on our out buildings as they said they weren't needed! All the work was carried out on time and the lads that came in were always polite to my wife and kids which is always a concern with builders. We are considering more work and have also recommended them to our neighbours.

Had all the double glazing firms come to quote. Such a hard choice, this free, that free, buy two get a third free etc etc but one firm came out on top Pegasus Luxury. Not on price (well I'm not sure because comparing prices wasn't easy) but through the proffessional approach to a difficult build requirement.
