I have no complain on the product itself. I ordered some triple glazed windows from them to replace current aluminium windows upstairs. They look absolutely beautiful and resolved our serious condensation problem. Well pleased about it. Overall I am relatively satisfied with the overall service from Britelite but with some significant reservations. On the plus side: - the workmen were incredibly hard-working and had to deal with difficult weather conditions and existing windows that regularly threw up challenges in the fitting process. I didn't actually see them stop working at any point whilst they were there (and one of us was at home for the entire process) and they worked on site from 8.30am to 6-7pm. - the windows...
