Good Points: None
Bad Points: Infuriating!! Poor service.
General comments: Despite using 650,000kWh per year Southern Electric Gas have classified us with Transco as a small domestic user. This has now effected the comparitor quotes I am able to obtain from the more helpful competitors. When trying to sort this problem out I was passed through to three departments all of whom could not seem to help me.

No problem with gas supply. My overall experience with this gas supplier is good.

I would use Southern Electric again for my gas supply. They offer a decent price and reasonable customer service. However they didn't sort out an issue with previous supplier very quickly so we were over charged for gas.
