    Good Points: Easily accessible call centre.


    Bad Points: Our rest assured bed has been 4 weeks late so far. Very poor customer service. I recommend trying a different bed shop!


    General comments: Unimpressive. If you want your bed delivered within the advertised timescales, I recommend using a different supplier. Their customer service is pleasant but didn't deliver what is promised.

    Famous Beds have a great site, and I received a warm welcome too. They also offer great products at low prices.
