    Worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Parts say in stock on the web, they charged you first and then ship with missing parts since some are back order !

    Received wrong part with the right part number but completely different hardware inside box than it was supposed to be. No refund for 3 weeks now.

    THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN PHILLIPINES !!! Cheap labor = no service at all. You get what you pay for.

    Please go elsewhere and pay a few buck more to have tranquility.

    FORGET ABOUT GETTING ANY ANSWERS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE FULL OF EXCUSES AND LIES. AS FAR AS PRICING, WHAT GOOD IS A LOW PRICE WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE ITEM AVAILABLE, AND CAN GIVE NO ANSWERS AS TO WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE, BUT YET I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.

    I ordered the parts from Carpartswholesale and was given a tracking number. I assumed the parts were on the way. Six days later, I received a second tracking number. Apparently, some of the parts were not in stock. no indication was ever given that some of the parts were back ordered. Now I have to wait another week to do the job.

    horrible experience with carpartswholesale--I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have never worked with a company who could care less about my order. They claim to have friendly knowledgable staff, but neglect to add that they are stationed in the Philippines and are ANYTHING but knowledgable.     I ordered about 6 pounds of parts (plugs, wires, rap, rotor) from Carpartswholesale.com and the shipping was $35 but then there was an additional charge of $37 for handling that was not mentioned during checkout.In my opinion excessive Shipping Fees PLUS Handling fees. I called 2 minutes after seeing that to cancel my order but they would not. I got my bank to dispute the transaction.By the way, I believe this company is located in the Philippines.

    I've ordered windshield wipers for my car, the web site said that I would get 2 wipers, only one came. Customer service admitted that it was an error on their website and I was supposed to get only one after all. For my troubles they were "giving me a huge discount on the second wiper, shipping it to me free of charge and reimbursing me for the shipping costs of the first one".     Ordered an alternator for my S600 and was specifically told that it was in stock and would be shipped the next day. Credit card was charged. Nearly 2 weeks goes by and I check my account online to see my credit card was refunded for the part over a week after I purchased it. They never contacted me.     Received wrong parts, filled out online form for RMA number. Got email for rma for returning a different set of wrong parts. Called customer service and the real fun began. After talking to many people, the problem is still not solved. Not sure it will be, because they sent me the wrong part in an opened box with a different part number.

    They accepted my order with free shipping but added a packing fee. Once the order was accepted they sent a partial order and cancelled a portion due to not in-stock. However, they gave a number to call to find an alternate part. It was the same part at a higher price. Customer Service's couldnt deal with my problem. I could not speak with anyone higher.
    Refund was for only the part and no shipping & packing.

    30 minutes after I placed an order with carpartswholesale.com I canceled the order. However I was sent emails saying the order can not be canceled as it was sent out already to a vendor. They suggested I return the item, of course they would not refund the high shipping charge $6.50 and an about $6 handling charge on a part that only weighs several ounces and cost about $20. And I would have to pay shipping to send it back. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your parts purchase.

    No hassles and no worries. That's how I can describe them. You won't worry that your item won't be delivered on time, maybe in some case but it will definitely reach you for a short time. No hassles in ordering too, because their site and customer service were all friendly and easy to use.

    I do most of my buying transactions over the Internet. I find it more convenient especially with regards to time. I'm refrained from almost all the hassles compared to going directly to the shops.
