Used them in the past when they were superb, it is now three weeks or so since I approached them for a new online venture, no communication on their part, I've had to pre-empt and instigate EVERYTHING, so frustrating, no phone calls, no emails nothing, have now contacted several other web developers for help (read more)

With not knowing how to design websites, I chose to shop around for an e-commerce solution that could be designed by a team of web designers and also let me have input in the process. From start to finish these people REALLY know what they're talking about and what they can do for you -- the customer!!! I've been an EKM user for 7 years and recently had problems with their system. I hunted high and low before going with Easywebstore and I'm so pleased that I found them, the service and help from the team is always at your side, if you dont have a clue then dont worry they will help you along. Absolutely delighted with the service from Easywebstore. We got everything we wanted plus more with our site. We'd done a lot of research into what was available for a variety of budgets and Easywebstore came back with not just the best features, but a price that was quite unbelievable. We have just had our new website go live and have found EasyWebsore a delight to work with. It has taken us a long time to get the site ready, due to our own time constraints and lack of experience, but the technical support team at EasyWebstore have been extremely patient and helpful. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. I originally started with the free template and later upgraded to their design service. They helped me every step of the way and are now in the process of building a 2nd site for us.

I was recommended to Easy Webstore by a friend as I was not happy with the company I was using. I only wish I had signed up with Easy Webstore originally! They have provided a service which more than excels what I expected from them. Their system is very easy to use and gives your website a very professional look. switched to easywebstore from bt. mainly because of the reviews and choice of templates available. at first i thought id made a mistake and was a bit daunted until i understood how they work. you basically pick your template, give them the main details you want doing and sit back. you then just add your products which is very easy once shown. the live help is brilliant. fast reply and mostly do what you ask to be changed there and then. you wont be disappointed with the service or quality.... Cannot recommend highly enough, the support team are fantastic and nothing is ever to much trouble. The software itself is easy to use, however if you do get stuck they'll help you out.
With their template service you can have a very professional store and whats even better is they will not just do the template and send it to you. They will customise it to suit your needs.
The store itself is very seo friendly and they are constantly upgrading with the times.

We have just started working with Easywebstore. We felt it was time that our website had a makeover.
We found the service excellant and the system easy to use with our limited knowledge, and our new site was up and running within a few weeks. There were a few areas where we needed help and I can only describe the support as second to none.
Our search engines rankings improved as did our conversion rate.
I can highly recommend this company.

After 2-3 weeks of research I decided to proceed with easywebstore. Before coming to final decision I had the chance to try 4-5 e-commerce system. Easywebstore was the only one who answered all of my needs. It doesn't have the best and easiest user interface but developers are listening to customers. An excellent package, easy to use , Good pricing structure, A product that works with full support all the way, the team are always at the end of the phone or on Live help. Nothing is ever too much trouble and help is always at hand. I have been with Easy Webstore for over two years now and cannot fault them.
I personally find them to be A very Caring company that gives you fantastic results.

I have been with Easywebstore for just over two years. I had no knowledge of html or other technical stuff at the beginning and found the whole idea of setting up my online store incredibly daunting. I need not have worried - there was always someone to respond to my emails and/or phone calls in a helpful and friendly manner and this remains the case today.

Although as an artist I don't sell a typical "product" I have found Easywebstore to very adaptable and easy to use as a way of selling my goods and services. I recently adopted one of the many thousands of templates on offer and instantly my stores appearance and ease of use improved 100 times over.
Without Easywebstore I would not have started my new business venture as prior to finding them I would not have had the first clue about developing my own webstore.

I'd looked at a few webstore packages before finding Easywebstore and have to say that Easywebstore is hands down the best of them all. Highly professional results, a very easy to use web interface, and above all rock solid reliability. Have not had my store go down once in over a year of continuous use. I am over the moon with my easywebstore. I had no knowledge of css or html when I started and found the text editor easy to use and to be honest the best I've come across.
It is daunting when I first started but the people at easywebstore have been fantastic. Every question I have had they have helped me with no matter how big or small. They are always friendly and could not be more helpful if they tried.

The best points are that the same guy has been at the end of a phone each time I have called with a query and has been extremely patient in taking me step by step through the set up procedures. Easywebstore can be a bit confusing for the non-techie but bearing in mind the cost, and provided the system support side stays good this outweighs any negatives. (read more)

Quick and easy to setup and use.
Very easy to add your own content, even for a novice.
The support team were quick to reply to my emails, and if I had any harder things to sort out they were easily reached on the phone. This is still the case after 3 years.
Customer service is 2nd to none, very friendly and always willing to help.

This system is extremely easy to use, fast and excellent value for money, the software is very easy to follow. and we found that getting a site up and running was done very fast. We have been running a site with easywebstore for over 6 months now and not once has their system failed us. I found Easywebstore very easy to set up a store and help was always on hand when I needed it.
The price of the system is fantastic when you consider what you get for your money the support team cant do enough to help you.
The system also has lots of options for submitting and promoting sites, Google, Google Sitemaps, Froogle etc.
On the whole an excellent and easy to use product with great support.
