Good Points: Lots of features.
Bad Points: Hard to get started. No decent tutorial on how to put it all together. It is like trying to piece together a jigsaw without the picture.
General comments: Sorry guys but I have to disagree. I am not a complete novice and managed to install oscommerce and make it fully functional within one day. Three days on and I have not managed to get even a basic shopping cart up and running.
There is a forum and a knowledge base which in my opinion needs to be better suported.
I found a lot of the features to be unresponsive such as the basic templates and just viewing the advanced templates without taking any action would alter the look of my shopping cart.
This webcart may be better suited to intermediate and advanced programmers rather than the complete novice.

My easy webstore is just that easy. It is feature packed and has every facility you could ask for and more. If you need any help the guys reply quickly to your emails or you can ring them or use live support.
I used another store builder previous to this one and the customer service wasn't good and did not have the facilities I wanted.
My sales have rocketed since I built my easy webstore. If you are thinking of using them please do not hesitate. Any eccommerce builder takes a bit of getting ...

I love my easywebstore. I tried a few other before this one and just couldn't get the right look and there wasn't enough options for customising product, payment or product option. I think I have achieved it with this one and am totally made up.

I have been using easy webstore now for over a year and I cannot fault one thing about it. The people at easy webstore are approachable and friendly, they will go out of their way to help you. They are even at the end of the phone.
The text editor is great. If you want to do something on your site and you are unsure, ask them and they will tell you how to do it. It doesn't matter how many questions you ask them they'll always help. I asked loads and I promise they are great.

I am over the moon with my easywebstore. I had no knowledge of css or html when I started and found the text editor easy to use and to be honest the best I've come across.
It is daunting when I first started but the people at easywebstore have been fantastic. Every question I have had they have helped me with no matter how big or small. They are always friendly and could not be more helpful if they tried.

The best points are that the same guy has been at the end of a phone each time I have called with a query and has been extremely patient in taking me step by step through the set up procedures. Easywebstore can be a bit confusing for the non-techie but bearing in mind the cost, and provided the system support side stays good this outweighs any negatives.

Quick and easy to setup and use.
Very easy to add your own content, even for a novice.
The support team were quick to reply to my emails, and if I had any harder things to sort out they were easily reached on the phone. This is still the case after 3 years.
Customer service is 2nd to none, very friendly and always willing to help.
Such an affordable price, £24.99!

This system is extremely easy to use, fast and excellent value for money, the software is very easy to follow. and we found that getting a site up and running was done very fast. We have been running a site with easywebstore for over 6 months now and not once has their system failed us. I found Easywebstore very easy to set up a store and help was always on hand when I needed it.
The price of the system is fantastic when you consider what you get for your money the support team cant do enough to help you.
The system also has lots of options for submitting and promoting sites, Google, Google Sitemaps, Froogle etc.
On the whole an excellent and easy to use product with great support.
