Good Points: Good value for money. ASDA around the 4.50ish mark, sometimes over two pound cheaper than other stores. Superdrug nearly 7quid.

Bad Points: You don't look to cool moving in for the love. Bit of a sticky snout in the morning. Waking up touching your nose and thinking you have some form of tumor, then you realise it's a plaster and all's ok in the world again.

General comments: Helped me a great deal (and the wife) I broke my nose a few years ago and have since suffered with snoring, waking up unable to breathe properly, resulting in day time sleepiness and being very grumpy. Few weeks in and everything has improved. Sleeping better, less moody and less bruises from the Mrs elbow. Less earache.
Trust me give them a go, what have you to lose? well apart from a few quid.

The point of these things is that they allow you to close your mouth while sleeping by being able to breathe more freely through your nose. And therefore, with a closed mouth, it is impossible to snore (or for your throat to make a noise! They work. Simple as that.

Overpriced pointless waste of money for most snorers! 90% of snoring is caused by the throat so wearing a plaster on the nose is pointless

I would not hesitate in recommending the Breathe Right Nasal Strips. It is probably vanity that stops people admitting that they need some help sometimes. Get over it and give yourself - and your partner a decent nights sleep!!
