    Good Points: Nice website


    Bad Points: Customer Service


    General comments: If you need a part for your car, go to a reputable auto store. It has been 4 days and I can't cancel the order, and they keep saying it's being processed. They state 100% satisfaction...anyone can say that, but I haven't received it. The item was paid for via Paypal on the first day, so why is it still being processed 3 days later?
    Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and you really don't need the part to fix your car, I would recommend you look for another car parts supplier.

    This is the worst ONLINE experience I have ever had.

    I've tried purchasing from this site and service was good.
    Item I purchased came on time, fast and easy online transaction.
    Commendable over-all service.

    I see Inner Auto Parts at a satisfactory level... It is good, but not that good.. Yes, the ordering part is easy and they deliver the parts I ordered on time. I ordered the clutch Kit with ease, from which I am proud of with them... I say, that they continue with that, only with some minor tweaks.
    Highly recommended.

    Well, as you all know it is quite hard to get a new tie-rod for a car.. It is quite small, more of assembly parts. I could only get to the dealer, but it didn't take a while for me to wind innerauto parts.. And this is where I found what i am looking for.. To my relief, I found that it is discounted when bought.. In addition, it doesn't give any problems while surfing the net.. It also arrived on time..
    I highly recommend it..

    I am very satisfied with the Inner Auto Parts service. I got the car parts I requested on time, although I had to call the toll-free number because some information on the website was unclear. It was a hassle-free shopping experience though. Websites like these make online shopping a breeze.
