    Good Points: Locality
    Balcony Views


    Bad Points: Not really any bad points to add to the locality of these studios except that the rooms get very warm mid summer so air con pretty much a necessity - but as Greece is a very hot place to be it's only to be expected.


    General comments: Lia Studios are located a nice 10 minute stroll from the centre of Pefkos. There are 2 blocks consisting of 10 studios per block of which are self catering. The views from each studio are all Sea View. Probably the best views I have had for a number of years for the price we paid to stay there. The rooms aren't the biggest but consist of fridge/freezer/tv/hairdryer/air con units (50 euros per week - payable to the cleaning lady who is ever so nice).
    We managed to keep our room as a morning flight until we left so that helps but if you are not doing so, then cases are left at the Finas Apartments which are situated next door, the people in these blocks though are very friendly and we have left them in other apartments last year as we would do for others.
    Cleaned daily except Sunday.
    Use of pool right opposite, which is very good value with also a snack bar/restaurant (Anixes it is called) there are also 2 supermarkets within 50 yards of the complex.
    Peacocks also frequent the grounds and this year there was a sheep or 2 lazily munching the grass down.
    After our second visit there only recently we can't wait to book again. The walk to the centre wouldn't suit everyone on way home from a night out but as it's Greece theres no rush and like I said its prob not more than 15 minutes leisurely stroll. And there are plenty of bars dotted around to refresh the legs if needed.

    All in all I would recommend these apartments and Pefkos in general.

    Very clean and safe as is Pefkos itself
    Family place and couples, you don't get the crews of young people on beer holidays there, a lot of the teenagers all get on and make friends in the bars so it's all very tranquil.
