    Very pleased. I was nervous after reading some reviews here, but everything went fine for me; all the right items delivered fast. A text message warned me on delivery day, with option to delay. I deliberately ordered too much, but their return system "collect+" was easy, and full refund was quick. AND their stuff is very cheap. Definitely use again.

    I would like to say that MandM direct are a great company, because i've just recieved my item today and I am highly satisfied. I ordered 2 days before receiving my item meaning that there delivery was not only on point but it was given to me earlier than stated on there delivery status. There are alot of bargains that are too good to be true, but its a safe website and you only get what you have asked for. If you dont want MandM direct hassling you with large amounts of emails and so on, please ...

    new customer to this site first two orders came really quickly and with all my order last oder was 12 days late and had to make 3 long phonecalls to england on my mobile staff not very helpful dont think i would use again

    Bad customer service. M And M Direct mainly advertise things which are unavailable and then they ask you to ring their customer service department to re-request the same items. If you're lucky, those items might still be in stock. All in all a horrible company to deal with. Pay someone a little more and get some professional service.

    On my last order to M and M Direct, I ordered alot of clothes, I intended on buying half dozen items, but I decided to get some more, while I was paying for the postage.
    So I get an email to say 2 of my items are out of stock, and another to say the orders been dispatched.
    These 2 were 3/4 of the reason for the order, and I would have liked the option to cancel the order because so much (there was then more) stuff was being cancelled, and I ended up with none of my main items...all 'out of st ...

    Used M And M Direct a few times. They have cheap branded items but have also had a problem with the order that I placed. It ranges from adverising items that they do not have in stock, items being ordered that have do not have in stock even though the order has been complete. Deliveries not turning up.

    I do like m and m direct, although the last order was bad, i ordered three items. A track top, Tracksuit bottoms And a mens robe, when the goods arrived the robe was missing, now they didnt e mail me or inform me that i wouldn``t be receiving it, they just stamped on the invoice "OUT OF STOCK" they shouldn`t have been advertising the robes if they didn`t have them in stock, i was a little dissapointed as i had been ofered another robe at a good price but said no because i was expecting the one i ...

    M And M Direct have a good selection of clothes at cheap prices but I experienced bad delivery, sale started on 22nd dec, purchased over £100 goods on the 22nd to get in early on the bargains,was despatched 23rd dec, still got no goods as of today,order had to be resent and now 1/3 of my order out of stock, NOT HAPPY!

    I bought 5 items from the website and the descriptions and photos were confusing. Photo looked grey, description said black in one place and green in another. I called them to change the item straight after ordering and they were completely unhelpful and impolite. After complaining I spoke to a team leader who was absolutely appaulingly unproffessional.     I've used MandM Direct loads of times. Each time I've been very happy with there service. Prices are reasonably good and they delivery very quickly if you use 24 Hour Delivery. Standard Delivery is much cheaper - but usually takes about 3 - 4 days longer. A fantastic shop which is worthy of being called a good company.

    I recently ordered from M and M direct and I could not have been happier with my whole experience, from the web site to the service I received. I browsed the website looking at the wide range of clothing and ordered some t-shirts for me and a jumper for my girlfriend.I was very impressed with the range of clothes on offer, and the prices were pretty good too.     I won't be using M And M Direct them again. You have to call an 0870 number. The quality of the clothing isn't the best in my opinion, and I had to wait a long time for delivery

    I agree with the review, as I bought a pair of Adidas boots from M and M Direct. They were about 50 pounds cheaper than on Pro Direct Soccer. They were the older model, but the technology is the same, so no loss there at all. There is not as much to choose from, but when all you need is a good pair of boots, it's a good website. There is lots of other stuff on there too, obviously, so no doubt they will have everything you could hope for, and cheap.
