    i have to make a comment to this service, you have stopped a very good and reliable service number 9 bus and 9A to jarrow sunderland and north shields, this service was very reliable in getting me to work and back, due to me livimg in the north east and i work over the south tyneside, whos brilliant idea was this, i don,t no how many more people have been affected of these changes, your asking customers to use public transport more and yet you make it so difficult for people to get back and to there duration, customers were not even approached of the changes, its discusting.

    Go North East is a very good site, it provides timetables, press info, passenger news and a whole range of different things. I would happily use this site anytime!

    How many times do I have to complain about service no 39. Yet again the 29 minuets past 7pm at The Torrens North Hylton Rd on Tuesday 16th Setember 2008 did not arrive. When will we have a better service.

    Reliable, on time, cheap, bus service. Finish two early on the x42 x43 service. If you run later, and over the weekends you will be an all out service against Arriva.

    Go-North East are part of the Go-Ahead group. They operate an extensive network of bus services in the North East of England.In my experience they are generally a good bus operator. They operate most services on a commercial basis and do sometimes try to merge routes that are not viable and continue to provide a service to the majority of passengers.     Well I said all I have to say about Go North East they do not provide a bus service that is or will ever be viable to run in the way they are running a bus service simply go because they do not seem to care.
