Good Points: Some of the day staff are helpful

Bad Points: Night shift staff were not very helpful, didn't talk me on journey they just grunted

General comments: I have now used both Glasgow and Edinburgh flying Scot and would definitely use the Flying Scot in Edinburgh. They are very helpful and happy staff.

The management must ensure that employees exercise a great deal of care when they are given the keys to someone else's car.

As this was cancelled after that, they were charging the full fee £55, how inconsiderate! ...
