    Good Points: Cheap.


    General comments: Waited an hour to be picked up when we were told it would be 15 mins, ending up phoning them 5 times to see where they were, was given reasons each time and then given incorrect info when they said they didn't have our phone number and they had been 'very busy'.
    Will not use again.

    Shabby parking area, shabby 'reception cabin'. We were transported in a clapped out white transit van (on the way there). On the way home were were left waiting at Heathrow for an hour in the freezing cold waiting for a lift back again. 3 phone calls later were we told the driver was stuck in traffic. How much traffic is around at 6.30am on a Saturday morning?!! We were told to wait at the wrong bus stop and the guy 'in charge' ended up coming to pick us up as apparently he couldn't get in touch ...

    Only a few pound more than business parking. To much bold important text in the instructions meant I only read the bit that said call if going to be late against the agreed arrival time, and missed the bit that said call 15 minutes before arrival. Overall, very polite - prompt and worked for me.

    Never had problems with Happy Days Meet and Greet, always good service and very courteous would recommend to all.
