While staff at Manchester, Airparks Services are very friendly and the car park seems secure - the amount of time needed to travel to and from the airport makes this car park very unusable in my experience.
Fistly, the post code they list on their website for sat nav takes you to a completely different estate - which does not start the travel experience well.
But my major issue - on the three occasions I used this car park - was the time it took to travel from the car park to the airport (including the excessive waiting around)!! For me, for all 3 trips, it took almost an hour to finally get from this car park to the terminal I needed - which is way over and above other car parks.
My advice would be to use the Manchester APH car park - still off site (so cheaper) but only takes 20mins and drops you the door (and picks you up) from whichever terminal you need.

Airparks dumped us outside the station at Manchester airport and we had to walk a long way to our terminal, similarly we had to hike back on our return. The driver told us to get on the airport bus but you don't want to keep lugging your bags on and off buses. We would never use them again. Take it or leave it attitude of the staff.

Same situation did park and fly with Manchester Airport Hilton hotel, returned to collect car and damage to front trim, reported this to collection office, received a letter on 6th June confirming that they were investigating this with the person who moved the car, left various messages and letter sent, still waiting to hear, not holding my breath but why should we pay for repair when we didn't do it. totally incompetant drivers if they can't park a C3. Will take matters further.

Car damaged whilst parked with Airparks.
Photos taken and guess what? They refuse to accept responsibitlity.
Someone needs to notify BBC watchdog about this company.
    Totally irresponsible for thier actions.
    Shouldnt get away with it.

Arrived back to find car damaged ...advised by manager that any damage on car would have been photographed on arrival and would have been recorded. He looked on the computer, no damage recorded. Did not here anything so phoned customer service and he had not faxed copy of it, I chased it up as I kept a copy and have been told not their fault and claim not ...

We had used this Airpark before and used it again as we do not use Car Parks where we are advised to leave our car keys. However, when we arrived at Airparks Gold we were directed to a lane & informed that we must leave our car keys in the office for our car to be parked elsewhere. Apparently the Car Park was now under new management and this was the new procedure. If we had been aware of this, under no circumstances would we have left our expensive new car! On return we found the Car Park extre ...

Will not be using again. When we came to collect the car on 30th June, we found it to be damaged. I think another car may have hit ours at some point as the bumper is caved in, front headlight damaged and blue paint marks all over it. Airparks knew nothing about this, despite their advertised "regular patrols". When we notified the duty manager he was very helpful and completed all the paperwork with us. He even wrote on the form that the car was in perfect condition when it arrived and signed i ...
