“Unreliable, do not respond”

Purchased the software two days ago and I am still waiting for them to send me the code to unlock the software. The phone number is useless as you do not get a live response and I am still waiting for them to respond to my emails. Very bad customer service. (read more)

“seriously over rated”

I bought the program a few months ago, and have used it a few times. So far, I am unhappy with the program's performance. What it spits out looks appealing for the most part, but the modifications it makes to a face can sometimes change the face so much by comparison with the original, the end image could be a sister (or brother). I paid for my program november 10-2010, but never got the information I needed in order to download the program. Customer service hasn't answered my two email inquiries.And if ypu open a support ticket you are sent into a never ending loop VERY UNHAPPY.

I paid for my program 4 days ago, but never got the information I needed in order to download the program. Customer service hasn't answered my inquiries fro 3 days, and the phone number they have listed for contact in the USA is disconnected. VERY UNHAPPY.

Just try to contact these people. I find its a catch 22, I have to have a login name and password to contact them but I have to get those from them by contacting them. Phone numbers do not take messages it seems, therefore I do not recommend Anthropics Technology Portrait Professional. (read more)

Easy and fast to use, possibility to save the modifications along with the image so it is easy to modify them afterwards.
Very efficient
High quality results for a very reasonable price and possibility to fine tune at will the enhancements make this product a must-have for any portrait, even for an amateur like me. (read more)

Portrait Professional is airbrushing software for faces. Give it a picture, tell it where the features are on a face, and it will make it better-looking - while preserving identity.

Portrait Professional does simple retouching as well as more dramatic reshaping towards a more beautiful you. That can't help but interest any professional interested in making a sale, or any amateur looking to touch up pictures which might be ruined by spots or bad lighting.
