    Good Points: Attractive, well designed and easy to use machine.


    Bad Points: A massive disappointment as the machine had four faults develop within two weeks of its delivery; adjustable foot did not work, machine very noisy on spin with excessive vibration, burning smell when pump running and the control unit did not operate the spin cycle correctly.


    General comments: In the past I have purchased machines on their looks alone (mostly Hoover), but on this occasion did extensive research as to what make to buy. I shall not bother with this exercise again.
    For a new machine to exhibit one fault when new is just about acceptable, but four is stretching credulity.
    Full marks though to John Lewis, who exchanged the machine without quibble.
