    Good Points: Large memroy
    Looks good


    Bad Points: Hard to text


    General comments: The BT Freelance XA 500 Cordless has a nice slimline design. Large memory. Looks good and has a selection of ringtones which can be attributed to different callers

    I haven't actually answered a call on these BT Freelance XA 500 Cordless since they were about 2 months old. This is because they started cutting out every time they rang. I can dial out, no problem but as soon as I removed the phone from it's cradle when it was ringing, zip, nothing. It's costing me a small fortune in call charges.

    They aren't stable in their cradles and fall out if knocked. The answer phone beeps until you collect your messages, which in the middle of the night is really irri ...

    Difficult to hear and the charger quit working after 2 years. In my opinion this is a horrible phone!
