    I have had nothing but problems with the service from sky talk and broadband, at the moment my phone line has not worked for 7 days so I have not had any broadband service or been able to make or recieve phone calls. This is the second time in 4 weeks that I have had no service, the first time my line was down for 5 days. The customer service should be re-named "customer abuse" it is that bad!!. Everytime I have phoned to chase up the fault on my line I have been on hold and passed from person to person for over 2 hours!!..when you do finally get to talk to someone they have absolutely no idea what is wrong and then they pass you on to another department..it is an absolute nightmare!..I mean how hard can it be after 7 days to mend a phone line!!??? I have spent a small fortune on my mobile ringing their call centre!. I would advise everyone to stay away from sky talk /broadband they really are the pits!!!!

    What ever you do take our advice and don't use sky talk or broad band
    we ordered our entertainment pack including broadband tv and phone line including multiple room deal for
    £39 per month. That was in may, we are now in late august and only just have the phone linebut no broad band and no way of knowing when we will recieve it. Sky call centre staff have continually messed up installation times and lied to us. I have never been so compelled to warn others of quite how bad a company are ...
