    Good Points: Ease of use.

Bad Points: Volume knob is a bit big and sluggish.

General comments: Matsui DABR103 is a DAB & FM stereo radio mainly designed for kitchen use but this one is in the bedroom.

It has 10 preset stations available with one touch usage, 5 are on DAB 5 are on FM.

Storage of the stations is easy with the tuning just a click away.
To store a chosen station just push the preset button for 3 seconds and you're done, far quicker than the car radio.

The clock on start up is automatic and is a real time function.

A headphone jack is incorporated for quiet listening.

It is mains and battery powered.

If you use the battery compartment this is located on the back and not annoyingly underneath and takes 6 x AA (UM-3) batteries.

The clarity of the sound is excellent and crystal clear, this is also the case for using the radio.

For a price of under £25 it looks like a lot more quality than the price suggests.

Stereo speakers combine in the unit.

Overall an excellent budget radio with a top class performance.
