Good Points: Crisp, dry white, excellent freshness and finish for a good price.
Bad Points: 75 cl just isn't enough!
General comments: A lovely bone dry, fresh white wine with apple and citrus hints. Well chilled this is perfect on its own, but also stands up great with a nice creamy pasta or a nice chunky fish like sea bass. It has a long finish and this wine just invites you to drink more and more, which isn't always good mind you! From my experience I'd also recommend this with a prawn cocktail or smoked salmon starter with some fresh salad, perhaps some rocket to provide a good strong taste which will serve this wine well.

White Wine between £5.00 and £8.00 a bottle at Review What You Eat
La Cittadella boasts elegant blossom aromas with crisp citrus flavours and the irresistibly moreish intensity of top Pinot Grigio. Lovely on its own or just as delicious with seafood or white meat.
