Good Points: It was good and thick and creamy for a 'light' mayo.
Bad Points: Ugh! Too salty!
General comments: I thought that being a Light Mayo this product would be a healthy choice. I made a large bowl of coleslaw, with cabbage, onion, carrot, celery and cucumber and served it with pizza for a family tea. Well, one mouthful was all that four out of five of us could manage - it was very, very salty! We couldn't taste the other ingredients at all, it was as though they had been marinated in sea water first! So it's a big thumbs down I'm afraid from my family here in Telford.
P.S. I rarely add salt to dishes and didn't add any to this bowl of coleslaw.
