I needed to do a credit check and was nervous thinking that I would get locked in to a monthly charge. That did not happen. When I had the info that I needed the company were so polite in accepting my cancellation. Add to that I found the site easy to use and very clear. Their response time was excellent. Their customer service follow up was First Class. I was not aware that they consider themselves to be "a small company" They deserve to flourish and grow and I would recommend them in the highest possible way to anyone needing this service. I am a very grateful client indeed. Many thanks.

If you want to keep an eye on your credit rating you could do no better than sign up to Annual Credit Report. This company provides all the information you need through a web site that is visually pleasing and easy to negotiate. As Annual Credit Report continues to attract an ever greater proportion of the credit rating market, it has not lost sight of its clients as intelligent individuals, something to be highly valued. They answered all the questions I needed answers to and I could not fault them. Finally at just under £5 per month, this company and its services is a real bargain!

The results told me I have nothing registered to my name and therefore warned me that this hindered my credit score. I am 25 and have had a a bank account since the age of 16, and credit cards since age 18, but this company couldn't find anything about anything. Oh but it did manage to tell me I had been registered on the electoral roll for 2months...instead of the correct.time length of 6 years. Absolute waste of time!

I wouldn't recommend anyone order their credit report from annualcreditreport.co.uk. The information is from Call Credit which is the worst of the three credit agencies. You can order a free credit report from Experian, Equifax and Call Credit anyway. www.whichcreditreport.co.uk has a great credit report comparison and you can order your reports there too.
Even if you have ordered your free reports, the statutory ones only cost £2 each.

It worked like charm for me... The only bad thing is that they never state that the report is based on CallCredit ONLY details... It's much more simpler than checkmyfile.com to view and review your details, and the cost is competitive. Another good point is that you can verify instantly with 2-3 easy questions!
Cons? Well, as I said, they fetch data from callcredit only.. But then for £10 it really worth it!

Terrible company! I paid the £5 to get a report and it came up with nothing! No credit cards, no bank account, not on e/roll, nothing! Of course, I do have all these things. This company is a rip off and I will be contacting them tomorrow to get a refund. I might even go all the way to the financial Ombudsman!

it is sometimes sad that the government would allow certain businesses like this one to run. these people have very limited information. they said i wasnt on the electoral register yet i have been registered for a while. it didnt give me anything on ccjs but i have ccjs,,the whole processs is a waste of time, and i would rather nobody uses their services and pay the rediculous 2.99 charge a year, its not worth it

The free report provides basic information about your credit record without the need to hand over any credit card details.
Additional information can be accessed by paying a £5 year fee (via credit card).

Reading my free report from Annual Credit Report it would suggest that I have a good rating......... The insolvency agency could argue that one!! There was no mention of that on the report.
It also suggests that there were 20+ credit cards that matched my profile, again a little hard considering my financial position. Having said that I do have a credit card that IS rebuilding my score but there was no mention of it on their list either.

Disappointed with the limited information on what is inlcuded in the report and what is not and therefore needs to be checked from the other three credit rating agencies.

After not being able to log in online as there was a "website problem" I was then prompted by Annual Credit Report to receive my "free password" by post which would cost me £1.77! I then received the password three days later to then log in and be told there are network problems with the site. Still no report is visible their admin centre is functioning properly to take my £1.77 and send me a letter but not their actual website.

The information on a whole cannot be a true reflection and if this site, www.annualcreditreport.co.uk is unable to provide all information it should clearly state to customers that it is advisable to obtain credit reports from all 3 reference agencies as there may be further information there. If I didn't know any better after checking my report here I would be under the impression that I have an OK credit file/score. Unfortunately, I know that is not the case but others may not.
