    Good Points: Stick well when dry


    Bad Points: Fall of if you shower or take bath
    Leave red mark on skin


    General comments: Worth a try

    I was sceptical about using these, as a medium/heavy smoker would a patch actually help me.
    At £6.99 for step 1,2 or 3 for a weeks supply I thought I would try the first step and see how it went for a day.
    Previous attempts had lasted about 3 hours and I didn't really expect anything else.
    The patch fits well and you don't know its there the odd itch but thats copable.
    Amazed at lasting a day without a major craving I continued and after 6 weeks decided that I would go to step 2.
