A useless resource hog, fortunately I'm cynical enough to always try a pirated reg key first before parting with good cash for a rip off like this. The pirated keys normally become invalid after a month or so but that's OK, it took me a few hours to ascertain that Uniblue is cr@p, just check the windows taskmanager after it's done it's "magic". Sad that so many useless products like this make money for their snake oil salesmen for so long. (read more)

I came here because I ran a download speed test on several sites, all showing 24.5 MB/s. I ran the uniblue test at http://testinternetspeed.org three times and it always reported ONE MB/s. That's 4% of the actual speed. It also had an offer to try a free trial of their amazing speed-up software and run the test again. I figured that if I did, obviously the new test would then show my full 25 MB/s speed. Rather than download malware that does god knows what, I came here to check the... (read more)

Good points: did not make computer unusable Bad points: had to register to fix more errors Well, I downloaded the Uniblue family one day, and this was a probably good solution. It removed various errors successfully, and it was the free version. However, I would not suggest this to family or friends because important files may be deleted, based on previous reviews. I purchased this program under the premise stated that it will speed up my computer. I got my first ever blue screen ever since installing this junk and now I am locked out of some of my programs I use every day. DON'T BUY IT. It will waste your time and money. The programmers need to go back to school if they are serious about writing real programs. Shame on you Uniblue. (read more)

Had this for two months and seemed to be working OK apart from PC suddenly switching off in the middle of working on things. Yesterday morning it would not allow me in as a user whatever I did. Luckily I had also set my wife up as a user so was able to get in to the system . Did not feel competent at sorting the problem out so took it to the local computer shop. They sorted out the problem, but it cost me another £30 for the privilege. Also I have lost a lot of the information going back to... (read more)

I bought this to make my pc faster. After loading and using it my computer froze. I tried to access their so-called support. What a joke. Sent four e-mails--keep getting the same auto response they would get back--five days now--still waiting. I requested the guaranteed refund--no response. I tried the chat support--another joke. I am now deceived for my purchase. Hope this helps some else. Brian (read more)

This software will virtually destroy your pc. After installation and purchase of the software I spent over 2 weeks trying to repair the damage caused which included complete destruction of my LAN settings, desktop settings, multiple dll errors, crashes, blue screens, loss of boot information, etc. I am now trying to recover my payment and due to the damage this software caused I am forced to use a different computer just to contact the manufacturer. I bought SpeedUpMyPc in a local store - Curry's/PC World here in Dublin, Ireland. It presents itself quite clearly when installed and goes through the motions of examining the computer but then in order to REALLY clean up the computer you have to buy a further product that is not indicated on the box when you buy it.
Uniblue needs to become more transparent in it's packaging if it really wants to stay in business.
Not good fellas, not good.
How limited it is for the price paid.

Hi Guest,
Please note that Uniblue has different products for different customers’ needs:
SpeedUpMyPc optimizes system settings, deletes junk files and improves RAM and CPU functions, injecting a new lease of life into a PC.
RegistryBooster identifies and cleans only invalid entries, whilst leaving correct and necessary entries untouched.
DriverScanner automatically runs a scan of all the hardware installed on the PC and shows a report with a list of outdated drivers. The tool facilitates extremely easy download and installation of the new drivers.
PowerSuite is a powerful combination of all three Uniblue utilities in one. Each utility included in the suite; RegistryBooster, SpeedUpMyPC and DriverScanner can be purchased individually, or users can purchase PowerSuite as a powerful solution to combat PC speed issues, registry errors and outdated drivers.
All informations about ouf different products are available on our website.
If you have any questions you can ask our support here

Terrible, horrible, do NOT go anywhere near this company or product. Had a perfectly happy and well behaved system... Unbelievably bad software and support. I installed SPEED UP MY PC and REGISTRY TWEAKER on my 64 Bit Windows 7 Desktop system and it now thinks it is a 32 Bit Operating System so I can't do anything on it. I wrote the above review. To give credit where credit is due, I removed the software at 03:00 22 Feb 2011, Tuesday morning. At that time I asked for a refund. By 09:00 (same day) Uniblue had written me for a number that was part of the transaction. By 12:00 I had the paperwork on the refund.

<br/>While I did not like their software, I must say that they were "Above Average" on the refund process. As long as the credit appears on my Card statement; and I'm sure it will.

Speedupmypc is useless and doesnt do anything. Actually it does more than nothing, it does nothing AND kills your computer. I completely agree that these are criminals who should be severely punished because they hurt no just us but also the good, rustworthy and reputable programers as they spoil the reputation and credibility of online shoppers - from now on the naive and vulnorable us who are desprate for help as our PC are not behaving properly. I cannotsee how a web site which offers problem causing products can stay in business for any significant length of time, in spite of being found guilty by those who tried their products and got srewed. These people also post thousands of posts telling Internet surfers how great their products are etc. etc. I just do not trust anyone, it is almost cheaper to buy a new PC and use it with no downloads at all.
