It was at the Charter House restaurant in Monterey that I first discovered Tuna cooked properly. The first time I tasted Ahi Tuna cooked medium rare and coated in Cajun spices, I confidently declared that I had just tasted the best meal of my life. If you like steaks that fall apart in your mouth then you must try medium rare Tuna.
I ordered the meal with coconut rice and spinach, both of which were delicious.
Of you can go, go.
