I bought the Wii-Fit nearly a year ago and I think its one of the best gifts I ever bought my wife. She had tried all sort of exercise equipment but after a few weeks they never seen the light of day again.
The wii-fit on the other hand has been used 4-5 times every week since I bought it and not only my wife my children use it and have loads of fun and I use it 4 times every week.
I am very fit but the wii fit helped me with my co-ordination and I had fun with the kids while I was doing it.
My wife lost over a stone in wieght and is still going with very little effort and she can now beat the kids with the interactive games that come with it.
I would give this product 5 stars well done Nintendo a great game for all.

I was worried when I started on the Wii Fit, as I had heard reports of it telling 'normal' people they were obese. Thank god it didn't tell me that!
I found all the games fun, although they were quite hard work. My favourites were the balancing one, and the ski jump. The jogging was boring, but more exciting than sitting down watching the tv!
If you want to save money, cancel the gym and get this!

Its amazing i really like it its quite expensive but definitely worth it. The games are really fun and i like it ;) Its a real good workout for all the family, and the games are really addictive and fun its quite expensive but worth it, i like the skiing and the jogging is AMAZING! i love it because you can change the channel while free running, The balance games are really fun and if your planning to go on a diet its very good because you can set your self a target and weigh daily and do daily workouts and try and loose the amount you set and keep track on the wii fit calander.

Please If Anyone Wants To Stop Paying For The Gym And Going Out Wii Fit Is Really Good.
