  Good Points: Fairly cheap rates

  Bad Points: I don't have the time to list them all. Here are a few: Very poor customer service, poor DSL, overall disgraceful performance by a company such as AT&T.

  General comments: If you get a letter in the mail from AT&T, throw it away. They advertise low month rates, but nickle and dime their customers. The billing is always an issue, and you will get no help from their customer service.

  Consuming to resolve. ATT will charge 9-10 cents and up per minute with a $5/month international plan. Without it, expect rates above $3.00/minute. If you don't get the monthly plan, consider obtaining a calling card to use for your occasional international calls.
