This is the worst broadband & telephone & customer service from a company I have ever had I have had so many issues with this company for different reasons. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy as they would not recieve the message as the broadband services are slow or just terrible Maximum 80mb for about £46 per month. “CHEATING COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

My experience with Directsave Telecom has been utterly appalling - they send in bills for unjustified charges and continue to bill me after I have left their service. “Astonishingly Poor Customer Service”

The initial experience of the company was ok - probably similar to other providers if expensive. Upon leaving to move to another provider I was hit with charges for things I didn't order, exit fees and ultimately a Notice of Court Action despite the fact I was dealing directly with the operations manager who didn't resolve the issue and had no interest in resolving whatsoever. “Fraudulently billing”

Terrible service. Was forced to go with these as have moved into a new build. Both first two bills have been charged with calls that are supposed to be free!!! When I rang the telephone customer service agent, she told me they had been added in error and then started adding them up manually to remove which she hasn't done. In August Direct save, in effect broke their contract with me. They altered the terms I had signed up to, causing my usual monthly bills to escalate a staggering 20 times, a 2,000% rise. I immediately attempted to resolve it stopped making phone calls and stopped my payments, as I felt the contract to be broken. We used Direct save for a year, paid up front to get best deal. The price went up before my contract was clear & they were after payment in advance. I stopped the Direct debit but they are still billing me & sending me letters stating Court proceedings will take place & I will have pay costs. Since the very early days of the web when CIX and AOL was about all there was. I've swapped ISPs between AOL, BT, Sky and TalkTalk and am now with Direct Save for the first time. The reviews for Direct Save on many sites are really not representative of the service I have experienced in the first 6 months of being a customer. Thought I had signed up to a month by month contract, discover when I called up to cancel after a 13 months that I was on a 18 month contact. Apparently I had only ticked 2 out 3 boxes on the form to confirm I wanted to be on a 12 month contract. They were constantly adding on hidden costs that were not there when I first signed up such as charging £1.94 per month for a paper bill, as well as increasing the price with out telling me. Signed up with them but now regreting it. It was difficult to find their detailed costs, and what they hit you with results in the headline cost savings being exceeded by the extras. For example:- Call features such as 'incoming caller display' are more expensive, and no 'bundles' like those offered by others. “Save on Broadband and Phone Costs”

I have been with Direct Save for about 8 months. I pay £1.95 per month for 13Mbps broadband and £11.00 per month for line rental. My calls to 01 and 02 nos. for evenings and weekends are free. My wife and I are often using our Chromebooks with no problems. Only downside is that sometimes (about 10% of the time), iPlayer causes circle of death problems between 19:00 and 21:00. knowing how broadband works, I doubt that it is Direct Telecom's problem. More that too much is trying to get through the broadband network at that time. Most of the time I get 12-13 mbps.

Awful they cold called my mum and got her to sign up. She recently passed away and their service was shocking! Sending letters with the name spelt wrong and letters threatening to take her to court even though they know she had passed and even had a copy of the death certificate.
