    The only thing worse than any CDA product is the appaling customer service. After 14 months my dishwasher has broken twice and now doesn't work at all. The customer service centre will uphold the 5 year guarantee if I pay an £80 callout charge! The arms are plastic and need cleaning on a weekly basis. Of my 5 CDA products only one is sill standing.

    the customer service CDA offers is the worst i have ever known - i was told that i had to wait 12 weeks for replacement parts for my CDA 496/1 dishwasher - even though i had paid my call out charge - no apology was offered at all and the sales office could not have been less helpful

    i would not never deal with this company again!

    I do not like this dishwasher at all and would not recommend it to anyone.
