    I booked a holiday with Abbie to Turkey. We told her we wanted a really nice family orientated hotel to keep the kids happy and safe and also something for us adults as well and that is exactly what she gave us.
    We spent ages on the phone looking at different hotels at different prices as I didnt know how much I needed to spend to get exaclty what I wanted. I called Abbie back many times and she could never do enough for us.In the end we went for a lovely 4* hotel which was very reasonably price.
    After we booked my husband decided that he wanted to request a couple of things at the hotel after reading other peoples reviews who had previously stayed at that same hotel. I called Abbie back to request a family room with a seaview. when we turned up at the hotel that is exactly the room that we got! myself and my husband are extremly happy with the service and information that Abbie & Fleetway Travel have provided to us, and I can guarantee that we will certainly be using FleetwayTravel for our next holiday, and recommend them to all of our family and friends.

    I booked a last minute holiday to Egypt with Fleetway and it was everything and more than I expected! I booked with a very helpful lady who went through different hotels and was able to give me TRUE advise as she had travelled there. I received my tickets when they said I would all via email and avioded the dreaded postal strikes! I stayed at the Sierra in Sharm el sheikh and what an amazing holiday I had. I have told all my friends and family about Fleetway and will definatley book with them ...

    I have booked with Fleetway on numerous occassions now,and would not hesitate to recommend them.
    Staff are very helpful and friendly.
    What I like with this company is what you see is what you pay.
    The only faults I have found is the £1;50 charge for using my debit card,in my view and my Banks is wrong,also waiting for tickets,these should be dispatched far earlier than they are.48 hrs prior to departure when they are being emailed is in my view a little too close for comfort.

    Just returned from Luxor after staying for 1 week at the Sofitel Karnak (7-14 Oct) with my wife, daughter (15) and Mum (75), excellent hotel, very good service, friendly staff and the nicest gardens and pool to be found in Luxor, thanks to Fleetway for making it the best holiday ever, also for organising the superb tours we had to Valley of the Kings and Queens, Hatchepsut's temple, flight to Cairo to see the pyramids and the museum and the 1 day Nile Cruise to Dandara.     Have travelled with Fleetway Travel a few times now. First time was a quick break to Paris, on the Eurostar - everything went fine, from getting the tickets, to turning up the hotel - 3 star, but that was what we wanted, great location too. This time round, wanted some sun, so booked to Sharm El Sheik - the operator was polite on the phone, explained what I could and couldn't get for the money I wanted to spend. The flight was a bit late (ok, only half an hour, and not their fault) but the hotel ...

    Thank you Fleetway,this is the 4th time we have booked a holiday with
    your company and as always, everything was perfect! thoroughly enjoyed
    our stay in Crete at the Mitsis Serita hotel which was well managed and
    where we had friendly and efficient service throughout our stay.
    housekeeping standards were high. We were fortunate with wonderful

    I was unfortunate enough to book with fleetway dreadful travel company and never will again.
    When I rang them looking for a holiday they offered good competitive prices and were so polite so i went ahead and booked. Afterwards - once we had paid for our holiday they did not want to know at all! My partner has mobility issue and I needed some assistnace with at the airport and plane and I spoke to 6 or 7 different people - each of whom replied with a 'no' to all my questions! not a sorry, not eve ...

    Fleetway travel is the tour operator to be avoided at all costs. Will sell you a holiday from hell wrapped in goldleaf. Their only interest is to make the most money out of you, whilst offering you a holiday you regret for a long time.     Just wanted to say, having returned from Sharm El Sheik, and in particular Hauza Beach Resort, yesterday, what a terrific holiday we had.
    This is the second time of going to Hauza Beach and it has improved a great deal. Not quite sure what the "bad reports" are all about.
    Anyway we will be going back.......

    Used Fleetway Travel a few times and find them a great company to use. All the holidays have been good and the prices always competitive. The staff are friendly and well mannered. the only problem i have ever experienced is that when they send you the documents they come as a PDF and i have had difficulty opening them, but when i book now i asked them to post them to me.

    I have just booked through Fleetway Travel and found them an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish last year I had found them after the problems i experienced booking online with a so called travel company. I am going away in june with my wife to Turkey after speaking to a professional travel consultant, excellent service and good manners.

    There are still a few companies who give good service.

    We just wanted to thank you to fleetway for booking our flight, transfers and hotel to Sharm El Sheikh.

    We had a wonderful holiday, everything went smoothly, and we cannot recommend the Shores Amphoras Hotel enough.

    I have just returned from a week in Egypt with my wife.
    it is the fourth time we have travelled with fleetway. Once again everything went perfect. from the initial call to landing back in Birmingham. We cannot reccomend fleetway more highly. The service and price is second to none and needless to say we will be booking our next holiday with fleetway again. Good luck for the future.

    We just wanted to drop you a line to say that we had a fantastic holiday over Christmas as the Riu Nautilus in Torremolinos. This is the second year that we have booked with yourselves and we would have no hesitation in recommending your service to friends and family. Tickets etc all arrived in good time, the flights were good and the hotel were expecting us.

    If there is one criticism it is of the very poor disabled assistance given at Gatwick Airport for transportation to the outward fligh ...

    Best on the Net, I booked a week away to the Algarve for £108 per person, I am looking forward to the cheapest holiday I have had in years. I compared a few sites but they came out best plus the site is easy to use.

    I have just returned from Egypt and must say it was a fantastic holiday and I would like to thank Fleetway for arranging it. In particular the Med Hotel's rep went over and above his duty and could not fault him. The excursions and itinerary included in the package were excellent and so were the Thomas Cook flights. Fleetway, I will 100% rebook through you! Thanks
