Holiday was great, good basic accommodation. Although upon arrival the hotel did not have us booked in. So fleetway hadn't alerted the hotel with our booking. The hotel receptionist sorted out the problem there & then and gave us an upgrade. We were delighted with her service but not with fleetway. Although initially I wasn't impressed with the loss of booking we still had a good holiday. The location was great as the main strip was around the corner and the atmosphere was great. (read more)

I do not usually write reviews for anything however I had to write one for this holiday. My husband and I had a wonderful time beyond our expectation. Fleetway took care of us and we would able to contact their agent in Marrakech when we had any problems (although we didnt encounter any). I would highly recommed them to anyone thinking of booking a holiday. The hotel we stayed at was breath-taking, staff so friendly all in all we had a fantastic time. (read more)

FANTASTIC Yes it was, we were made to feel so special service was unbelievable from the pool buddy to the resteraunt staff in the veranda. We took our holiday to Morocco in early May to escape the long English winter and to avoid the school breaks. The flight on AirArabia.com from Gatwick to Casablanca was a little over 3 hours and only just over half full and, therefore, not unpleasant (my experience is that no flight is a pleasant one!) The booking procedure was quick and the agent helpful & friendly. Communication from Fleetway was, at all stages, very good by email. Regrettably the Airline Ryanair altered the outbound flight time by 3 hours necessitating extra expense to avoid traveling overnight. The car hire agency drivefor-less/ Guerin at Oporto Airport were incredibly slow in allocating a vehicle over 45 mins waiting in a queue. Did not check weather forecasts before booking so very hot. Hotel too far from Medina to walk in the heat but plenty of taxis and prices ARE negotionable. Advice from hotel reception on what to pay very helpful. Did plenty of sightseeing but also lots of time relaxing in cafes and at the hotel. I have used Fleetway Travel 3 times to go to Sharm el Sheikh and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Everything went very smoothly and all notifications were in plenty of time. The reps in Sharm el Sheikh were excellent and very helpful although on the third visit we had no need of their services but still received a call to tell us when we were being picked up the day before our departure. hotel and staff excellent food wonderful and excellent value. very easy to reach centre of seville everything was perfect except at airport on return in seville ryan air made us queue three times first 45 minutes at desk then at boarding entrance for30 minutes and then 25 minutes on stairs all in great heat and standing all the time which was not good for me being 81 years of age. this is the only criticism of a perfect short holiday and certainly no blame is attached to your company. As stated in all reviews the Hotel Continental in Tangier has faded granduer, but it is well situated, and is a lovely hotel. The staff were superb and most helpful. Local travel in Grand Taxis, Petit Taxis, Buses, and Trains are cheap and efficient. Tangier is wonderful and full of characters. It is an exciting and vibrant city. The Moroccans are lovely people. This is not a holiday for everyone, but if you like different then this is for you. (read more)

We stayed in the brand new Hilton Garden Hotel-- great room, outdoor pool, all mod cons, airport transfers etc. It's a bit out of the centre, about half way to the airport but no problem getting into the city by bus (the number 3 goes from just round the corner-2 euros) or taxi (10 to 12 euros) or (as in our case) by bicycle. We hired bikes from a local hire company who delivered them to the hotel -- cheap (25 euros for 2 days),convenient and definitely the best way to get round the city.... (read more)

when we arrived there was no transfeer man to pick us up, eventually we managed to get some one to ring the company.They came to pick us up then took us to another terminal.Then we waited for 3 and a half hours before we left for our hotel,we arrived at 1230. From booking through to returning home the whole trip was very efficient, the hotel staff were warm friendly and accommodating. It is a new hotel and so very comfortable, clean and attractive. The half hour bus ride into Seville is no hardship but helped us to feel fully immersed into Spanish living. The Flamenco experience was excellent and there is lots to do and see. Good hotel, although the room wasn't anywhere near the 5 star standard, was promised an upgrade tomorrow, then tomorrow by the time it was ready to happen we couldn't go through the hassle of repacking and moving. Booked this as on a Travelzoo deal and, was delighted with all aspects of service starting from the booking procedure with Fleetway Travel through to return transfers home. The hotel was first class - at first we thought we wished we had been based in the new city - however, after a few days we were glad of the tranquility and lovely surroundings of the pool, gardens and spa. The team at the hotel could not have been better. The food was fine and just about enough choice for a 5 day stay. (read more)
