Lovely hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Problems with room sorted immediately, staff friendly and food good. It is a long way from the beach but the pool is nice. I found them very helpful in all booking elements. Everything worked out fine. The only item I think worth looking into is your £15.00 admin charge for changing details. I think the charge should be dependent on the item being changed. We had booked an in-flight meal for our outward journey. However, at a later stage we asked to add on in-flight meals for the return journey also. I was advised it would cost an additional £15.00 on top of the cost of the meals. We therefore decided... Fleetway booking was fine although travel by Easyjet cannot be expected to be comfortable. Car hire in Lisbon by Bravo was disappointing; they did not have a desk in the airport so one had to call them to bring us to their base. The car was supplied without any hub caps so always looked the worst in any car park; also it was fairly old with 60K plus kilometers and the driver's door squeaked, otherwise it drove well. When calling to book very helpful around dates and length of stay. All further info was emailed but could have been posted if requested. Easy to follow steps for a great stress free holiday. Its the third time I have booked with Fleetway and every time the standards have dropped. The reps at the airport left customers out in the sun outside the airport on arrival for 40 mins. A booking through them to Jerusalem had to be cancelled due to being lied to. Late pick up from the hotel to the airport. The only problem I had was with the transfer when we reached Antalya airport.I had my elderly parents who were 85 and 82.The transfer did not arrive for at over an hour and the rep didn't know what was happening and both my parents were so tired and exhausted.He said first the transfer is waiting but did not arrive for over an hour.That was the only problem I had but I have recommend you to everyone I know because this was the best service I ever had.Thank you.vasanti mistry (read more)

Website was easy to navigate. I liked the option of choosing different flights whilst booking a package deal. pricing was clear cut with no hidden extras. They kept in touch even after the booking and sent reminders about the trip. Brill time had by all 7 of us girls! Hotel lovely and clean, food was lovely. Only thing to say negative is that there wasn't any bottles of water provided, only water in a cup at the bar (not a great problem though) and no kettle provided in the room. The hotel was really good although looked a little grey and imposing from the outside. Breakfasts were great - plenty to eat, plenty of variety and pleasant friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable although the net curtains at the windows could have done with washing! However this didn't detract from our overall experience. Holiday was great, good basic accommodation. Although upon arrival the hotel did not have us booked in. So fleetway hadn't alerted the hotel with our booking. The hotel receptionist sorted out the problem there & then and gave us an upgrade. We were delighted with her service but not with fleetway. Fleetway took care of us and we would able to contact their agent in Marrakech when we had any problems (although we didnt encounter any). Regrettably the Airline Ryanair altered the outbound flight time by 3 hours necessitating extra expense to avoid traveling overnight. The car hire agency drivefor-less/ Guerin at Oporto Airport were incredibly slow in allocating a vehicle over 45 mins waiting in a queue. I have used Fleetway Travel 3 times to go to Sharm el Sheikh and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Everything went very smoothly and all notifications were in plenty of time. hotel and staff excellent food wonderful and excellent value. very easy to reach centre of seville everything was perfect except at airport on return in seville ryan air made us queue three times first 45 minutes at desk then at boarding entrance for30 minutes and then 25 minutes on stairs all in great heat and standing all the time which was not good for me being 81 years of age. this is the only criticism of a perfect short holiday and certainly no blame is attached to your company.
