    Good Points: Centrally located and close to everything.


    Bad Points: Rooms are small, unless you upgrade.


    General comments: Don't expect a city view at the Britannia Hotel, more a view of walls.
    The single rooms are pathetic for this type of hotel, no window and a single bed.
    The double rooms are the same but a few have a single window.
    To get a decent room, you have to upgrade to a higher level of room and this comes at a premium.
    Beds are slightly hard and noise can be heard from outside, as well as sound from the hotel's lobby.
    Staff and reception are friendly but I feel they make more of an effort on presentation rather than quality.
    You are better off staying 200 yards down the road for half the price.
