    OK. Where do I start? Bar Cwtch is an unassuming bar in the basement of a "boutique" hotel (Jolyons) in Cardiff Bay. I dropped in for a glass of wine, having spent year's building up the courage to venture in (it looks very exclusive). I was delighted by the service and the welcome, and I was bowled over by their wood burning oven. They do pizza. That's it! At £8, the generous slab of wood-oven cooked pizza was excellent value, and ideal for sharing. All pizzas come in at £8, ...
