    Etoile Du Nil - trips were expensive and entertainment was a bit poor but staff and crew were great, beer was 3 pound a bottle, same as uk, food was nice and well prepared, one thing did put me off but its the norm every whwere was the tipping, dont pay for the excursion to kombo as the temple is on the dockside and you can walk to it,

    we had a very lovely stay with Etoile Du Nil II & III, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

    Once again Egyptian hospitality has impressed. The facilities on the etoile Du Nil ship and the holiday itself has been without doubt a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming and ensure each guest has a holiday to remember. With this kind of hospitality it ensures guests will return to Egypt again and again

    The Etoile Du Nil holiday in general was very pleasant having been the second i have been on. I would definitely consider returning again.

    good service from cleaning reception bar staff on Etoile Du Nil II & III. Great fun .all staff curtious helpfull at all times i would recommend this trip.

    The Etoile Du Nil II & III cruise was excellent and the food was very good with a lot of variety. The most outstanding memory that we have is of the friendliness and helpfulness of the crew. We would recommend this cruise to our friends and would also come again.

    We had a smashing time on this ship. our room was top class with clean towels and clean rooms every day, the food was excellent, we were first and waiting every day, the choice was fantastic and always hot, the crew were the best, always available and did whatever you asked, well done Etoile Du Nil II & III.

    we read some bad reviews on the Etoile Du Nil II & III ship and it seems some people will moan about anything .
    the ship is not 5 * but it is clean,friendly & quiet
    the captain obtained the best mooring spots
    the food was edible and we even got fresh homemade chips most of the week
    take a lot of pound coins because tipping is the norm and you will not get low egyptian currency

    We had an enjoyable cruise on Etoile Du Nil II & III. It was very relaxing.

    A very enjoyable holiday on Etoile Du Nil II & III, all staff very helpful and friendly and an excellent guide on the tours, room service excellent.

    We were on the Etoile Du Nil II & III ship for a few months and the food was very good, the entertainment was very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful and rooms were very clean.

    my husband and I arrived back home from our cruise on Etoil du nil II yesterday.We had a fantastic time, ship a little tatty around the edges but very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

    The Etoile d'Nile may not be the most modern on the Nile, but I can't imagine being looked after better on any other ship. You do not need to worry about security, organisation, food or beng able to have the sort of holidaty you want.

    I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cruise-based holiday with, or without children - even quite fussy eating is not a problem and vegetarians can be relaxed about finding plenty to enjoy (Egyptian night especially!).

    We are all agreed that this Etoile Du Nil trip was first class!! Service,food,and staff were excellant. We will certainly reccommend your services to any friends who may be thinking of a similar trip.

    The Etoile Du Nil II & III rooms and surroundings are clean and comfortable. Fantastic towel sculptures! Friendly and helpful with no hassle!

    welcome: was very good and informative on Etoile Du Nil II & III,
    service: smart and very friendly.food good but a little sort on choice,as was the non existant
    snak bar (only crisps...i mean only crisps)
    pool:cool and refreshing just the right size.(small).
    house keeping: the very best !!!
    value:can coke pound and a bit beer 500ml goood 250 wine a little ott bottle 13 pound plus
    over all a great holiday... proberly boring for kids so book a second week at a fun hotel too ...

    The staff on the MS Etoile Du Nil II were warm, caring and very welcoming. Clean boat. Great food, lots of choice. The Chef was very helpful when he realised that I was coeliac (allergic to gluten) and went out of his way to make sure that I had plenty of choice every mealtime. The 10 tours were really well organised, the guide was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The boat has a good sized pool and excellently appointed areas for relaxation.
