Good Points: Cheap international calls from mobile phones, landline phones, VoIP devices and from PC connected to Internet. Global coverage. Great voice quality, just like you're using a normal telephone. 1 second billing increment. No hidden fees. No connection fees. No contracts, pay as you go. The same calling rate 24/7 365 days of the year. Responsive support. Excellent business opportunities for resellers.
Bad Points: For some destinations rates are a little higher compared to some of the competitors.
General comments: Telequant - www.telequant.com - is a good international telephony service with reasonable rates. Voice quality is the strongest point, in comparison with most other VOIP services I tried. SMS callback is very convenient when you need to make a cheap call from mobile phone or nearest landline phone.
