Good Points: The sailing company was good

Bad Points: Such a hassle to book the time, and xperience days makes mistakes then charges you $20 to fix them

General comments: Xperience a HEADACHE

I received a 2 hour sailing gift through xperience days, and while the company that ran the boat was good, booking with this company was a nightmare. They make you book on their website and if you don't select a tiny box that specifies time, they will book you for the worst possible time. Once you hit submit they will charge you $20 for any changes you want to make. I spent three conversations 50 min on the phone, and numerous emails trying to get it right.

Save friends, family, and business contacts time and trouble....GO ELSEWHERE!
